I drank one packet a day while on vacation, getting less sleep then normal and consuming alcohol, and managed to feel great! I didn't wake up hungover or feel dehydrated. The best part - the flavor is great!

I was not expecting these to work. I feel so much better and definitely hydrated. Plus the flavor is amazing so I feel like I’m treating myself. Highly recommend!

I was surprised to find so much flavor in each packet of Liquid IV! It makes me want to sip on my water all day long. I have also noticed a difference in how hydrated the appearance of my skin is!! I highly recommend trying the lemon lime flavor!

1 of 5, I placed it in 16oz of water and it was way too sugary. I had to dilute it in 32 oz water. Also, I was exhausted after drinking it. I think the sleep aide powder was accidentally placed in the regular pouch.
