It completely worked for increasing my supply! Staying hydrated while nursing and pumping for my now 2 month old is key and Liquid I.V. totally helped!

I like this concept, and it wasn't the worst thing in the world. But, I couldn't force myself to drink it. It was so salty/sour. I might try it one more time mixing with double the water or something. But honestly, I won't be buying this again.

I am not the biggest fan of lemon lime flavor. However, this did have a nice taste just the right lemon and lime. But the taste of salt over powered everything! So salty!

I was dehydrated after being sick. Sports drinks and water weren’t enough. Tried this and I’m sold! It tastes great, I could feel better very quickly, and will have a constant supply ready on my future roads.trips. Dean

Tastes great but is very sugary! If you are into that then great. It didn’t seem to help my hangover any more than a Gatorade would, but could be a more healthy alternative.

Not my favorite flavor. Very offsetting smell that is very strong. The taste itself is not bad. Very difficult to mix with different types of fruit juices and have taste seamlessly blended. Overall, not terrible flavor.

I got a free sample of the lemon lime and loved it! It gave me energy to keep getting though the day and didn’t leave my groggy afterward. Definitely will purchase again!!
