Love this product! I work in a restaurant and it can get pretty busy and hot. So to be able to drink water and liquid iv, I was able to stay hydrated all day long!

These little packets have changed my drinking habits. I struggle to drink water but the packets have made such a difference, I noticed I drank more water through out the day even once I finished my packet!

I wanted to try our Liquid IV to see if it would work and also to see what it would taste like. It actually tastes good and really does help! I’m more energized and it’s also great for my husband who doesn’t like just drinking water!

Did not know this flavor existed. Felt balanced after trying this one. It comes in a pack of 8 but is also great for a single travel pack. It is like a holy grail and a treat in one. A small system booster for system dysfunction.

I bought this to help myself with staying hydrated. I have trouble drinking water and figured it would help. I liked the taste and felt the difference. I’ve already ordered more since I have done airline travel coming up.

The flavor is good, probably need to try it for a longer period of time to see if it makes a difference in the way I feel. Will mostly purchase in the future.
