Excellent for when you need to get blood drawn, a true I.V. treatment and you need be hydrated, as well as those big running races! Before and after! Will purchase more!

Tastes great but is very sugary! If you are into that then great. It didn’t seem to help my hangover any more than a Gatorade would, but could be a more healthy alternative.

I always say I’m going to drink more water and never do ..that’s all changed ! Love the flavors ..no hidden ingredients! Take it with me even when I travel !

This has always been my go to flavor. I love how strong the flavor is and how great it tastes. Not only that, but I always feel so much more hydrated after drinking these.

I just started using so I am not sure that it is working but I felt like it helped me with my intake of water and I felt good about having vitamins everyday when I drank it. I really liked the passion fruit.
