This flavor is our favorite so far. My whole family enjoys the fruity flavors. We drink a lot of water but never feel fully hydrated, but Liquid IV helped bring that feeling back. It’s noticeable after drinking one glass and our bodies thank us for staying hydrated.

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

I am someone who barely drinks one cup of water each day and I noticed a HUGE difference in my hydration by drinking Liquid IV once a day. The biggest thing I noticed was a difference in my skin, it was less dry and flaky. I love Liquid IV and will continue to buy it!

Very happy with my purchase of the lemon lime flavor! Per others saying it was too salty or too sweet i followed suit of others and mixed it into my 32oz nalgene and the taste was perfect! Reminded me of a Gatorade but less sweet. As for the other effects, I have been noticing I feel less sluggish! I will definitely be purchasing these for my hiking trips this summer!

I cant even give a review on if it worked for me I couldn't get past the taste of the lemon lime or the passion fruit. I ordered both and gave them away to my neighbor to try and my neighbor came over and she said she couldn't drink it either because the taste was awful! I wouldn't reccomend it! Theirs other alternatives for hydrating. I'll stick to my bottled water.

These are my favorite. I am a nurse and its hard to stay hydrated when at work twelve hours, especially now with wearing a mask. I pop one of these into my Hydroflasks and I am good! It really does help with maintaining hydration and electrolytes. LOVE this! Tastes great too!

Ok, it was weird at first, the salt I think. I won’t say what it reminded me of. :grimacing::joy::joy: But since I never drink water, I can really feel the difference drinking this product. I would/will buy it. I haven’t looked at the price yet though...

I really like it a lot and it does help me to keep myself hydrated and at the same time encourages me to drink water. I use the lemon lime and it’s good but the taste could definitely be improved. Still idngive it a 9/10 because it does what it claims to do.

I did not like the taste at all. Tasted like soured salt water. Every time my husband drinks it he gets a terrible headache. I plan to buy again (and try a different flavor) to see if we get adjusted to it, since it does seem to have so many healthy benefits listed on the package

this product has given me such a boost in the mornings when i would go workout! it definitely was a surprise to me because i’m usually super tired in the mornings, but this has turned that around for me. super happy with this product and it’s flavor.
