The first time I tried this product was bc i had a little too much wine the night before and needed to hydrate! I had a pounding headache when I got up so I took my Liquid I.V. And maybe had one glass of regular water before noticing my headache was gone and I felt so much better! Amazing!

I cant even give a review on if it worked for me I couldn't get past the taste of the lemon lime or the passion fruit. I ordered both and gave them away to my neighbor to try and my neighbor came over and she said she couldn't drink it either because the taste was awful! I wouldn't reccomend it! Theirs other alternatives for hydrating. I'll stick to my bottled water.

I left a remark on one of the posts of yours. Because it was 3 times the hydration rate of regular water, it made me visit the bathroom 3 times as much, so I was not ahead in this deal at all. And I do not like the flavor, I forced myself to choke it down just to try something new, I cannot drink the others, and I hesitate to try the sleep version of this, for fear I won't get any, and my sleep is already screwed up enough as it is. But thank you anyway for trying. I will have to live with being dehydrated, I guess.

I was skeptical when purchasing the trial pack of these packets and wasn't sure what the hype was about with these Liquid IV packets. I was pleasantly surprised not only with the taste but with the added hydration I could feel and how this has helped my daily water intake. I actually want to drink more water when I include one of these packets in my daily routine and feel like I am keeping sickness at bay!

We love Liquid IV and have stuck to the lemon lime. You feel good drinking a healthy lemonade not only when working out or doing activities but in every day life. The price point is comparable to bottled sports drinks yet the health benefits are so much better and you actually know the ingredients which are also much cleaner thank other sports/electrolyte drinks. We keep our cupboard stocked and I have a couple packets in my purse and backpack to have on hand at any time.

I was a bit skeptical that this product would help me as I have POTS and battle chronic hydration, but this product pleasantly surprised me! Not only am I extra hydrated, but it’s HALF the sugar as sports drinks I once drank to get my electrolytes in.

Orders are always received very quickly and this time I tried the Berry flavor! It was good however I’m still partial to the lemon lime. I use it for muscle cramps and if I’ve “over done it” having a little to much to drink. Sure makes the morning easier!

My son loves this flavor so much and it has come in handy. During the summer it has haloed us all keep up with hydration. Dehydration is no joke and it causes the simplest problem with not focusing and lack of energy. I highly recommend you trying this product.

It is a great product! I felt more hydrated after a few days. I like the lemon lime flavor most. You should really go to outdoor festivals with this. It would be a great seller. Bonaroo is in Manchester, TN until Sun. People there need to stay even more hydrated in the heat. I even sent some with my daughter.

Personally I thought the flavors were extremely bold and even after mixing vigorously it still felt chalky. And I also simply did not see any improvement to my daily hydration. Hopefully I am a one in a thousand customer who had these poor results because I truly believe you guys are ahead of your time with this hydration technology.
