We use cream of mushroom soup quite often for making sauces and gravies in the Instant Pot, then it doesn’t taste like canned soup.

Always good for a base in other dishes. Although they sure don't have many mushrooms in there anymore!

I use in a lot of my casseroles but it's getting pricey. May need to go back to making an old fashioned rue with butter, flour, and milk.

This is a great soup but of course it's Campbell's. Excellent when added or used as a base in other soups, sauces or gravy's.
