My first experience was on my new 1997 mini truck. I finally replaced them at 125k miles. They performed very well in all conditions including snow and ice. Cornering and handling was enhanced by these tires. I made up my mind at that time that all my vehicles would have Michelin tires. All my vehicles including three quarter ton and half ton trucks and 9 passenger vehicle. My new mini SUV also has factory issue michelin.

I bought this tire a couple of weeks ago and can not believe the difference this tire has made in the performance of my Silverado. It doesn’t feel like the same truck. Ride, steering, tracking in dry, wet and off road conditions is Excellent, with no noticeable noise. This is a very comfortable riding tire for a truck. Highly recommend these tires. My Michelins have been on my old pick up truck since 1999 and they are still going strong...however, it is about time to replace them. My truck is used sparingly and certainly not every day. I've never had a flat or any trouble at all with them. They just keep going, going and going. They look great and perform great. What else can you ask for. My tires actually are worth more than the value of my truck. But I wouldn't part with my truck or my Michelins. We have a good thing going!!

I have 30k on these tires and they wore abnormally down the middle, despite keeping proper air pressure and rotating them. The original LTX M/S2 tires were the best tire I ever owned and what made me a Michelin customer. These new Defenders may look like the old design, but are clearly inferior.

I purchase Michelin tires exclusively. I can't think of a better brand of tires for my vehicles. I purchased these LTX series of tires as a replacement for the cross terrains that you no longer make. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent ride and handling of the LTX tires. I'm looking forward to many years and thousands of miles of enjoyment from these tires. Like other Michelin tires I have owned I do not anticipate a problem. I would highly recommend the LTX series tires to anyone who owns a large SUV

This is my 4th set of the LTX MS, My last set had 85,000 miles on them and had a 1/4" of tread left. These tires give an exceptional ride and balance, on my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. I will not buy a tire for any of my vehicles unless they are Michelin. High quality, zero problems and peace of mind.

These tires came new on my 2009 Honda Pilot - I put 95,000 worry free miles on the original set. I just bought 4 new ones this week and hope to have similar results. Great ride, great wear (with faithful rotation), low road noise and never any vibrations or flats. I really like these tires.

A buddy convinced me to use his tire guy, who talked me into buying bargain brand tires that saved a couple hundred bucks, over the Michelins that I’ve always used. I took it on a 300 mile hunting trip that weekend, and they “wallowed,” and the kicker was on the return trip from Del Rio, high winds over a long elevated bridge sent the truck into an “oscillation” that nearly put us into a head on. I took it back, paid for new Michelins and another hundred for the trouble… it was worth it! Those tires right now have 72K miles on them, and I’ll probably get another 10k easy… and I don’t drive bald tires!

I installed a set of Michelins on my pickup when the original tires wore out at about 64,000 miles (I'm not a "hard driver", so I tend to get good mileage out of tires). I drove that set of Michelins for approximately 65,000 miles. These Michelins now have only 8,000 miles on them, but they are as excellent as the previous set. I bought my first set of Michelins in 1971, and with only one exception, I've bought only Michelins since then--and I've never had a faulty Michelin tire.

I bought defender tires for my wife's car, and she drives like a grandma, which she is, and at 40,000 miles, they are almost gone., except for the one I had to replace, because of a flat that couldn't be repaired. I don't even want to talk about Michelin motorcycle tires with cracking sidewalls that lasted 3 years only...
