Reliable product.

One of the cartons was busted open and leaked all the liquid out. I didn't notice it right away and the box sat on my kitchen floor and leaked all over. Ruined my laminate flooring.

These containers leak. We did a pick up order and noticed when we got home the side of the Swiffer box was all wet. Took them back and while trying to find another one, we found more boxes that were leaking and took them to customer service. The boxes are not smashed, however, the contaciners inside have small cracks and where the liquid that keeps the pads moist leaks out.

This is an excellent price. Better than the Great Value, Walmart branded replacement wet cloths. But you have to check the box as the rough treatment and shipping tends to make the interior boxes move a lot and cause leaking. The challenge is that Swiffer puts a LOT of water into these and the sealing process is not so good. So, Sam's does a good job, manufacturer, not so much. Sam's could do better to keep actually WET boxes off the shelves.

The container wasn’t leaking, but was wet due to an adjacent leaking container. The first order was damaged and leaking. The containers were wrapped in a plastic bag, placed in a cardboard box and shipped to me. This is a continual problem with Swiffer products.

when my package was delivered the swiffers were smashed and all liquid was drained out, everything in my order was soaked--the box that it was all delivered in was falling apart. very disappointed in how I lost money ordering online as the swiffers were all smashed and liquid was gone.

Box was wet and leaking. Had to take it back into the store stand in a line at customer service for ten minutes then had to go all the way to the back of the store to get another one bring it back to customer service and wait again to exchange the bad one. Not a great experience

These were just thrown in a box with other items and leaked all over everything. They should eve at least been out in a plastic bag like they do with the laundry detergents and dish detergent. The bottom of the box was all wet. So the liquid was almost empty in the mop refill container. So the clothes are useless . Will not order these online again.

Although I am an avid recycler I like the fact that I can use these highly effective cleaning cloths to clean up kitchen floor and then dispose of them. Verses using the bucket and mop when was just messy and not as effective. The light lavender scent is a bonus.

These are great for that quick spot cleaning we all do in the kitchen. I would have preferred a clean soap smell but they didn't have that in stock. I have sensitive sinuses and don't really care for heavy perfume smells. These are convenient for those days when you don't really need to wash the whole floor.
