Breaded Scallops with no fishy aftertaste. Nice breading on a very tender shellfish. No shells to deal with. Meaty muscle, delicious.

I loved the crunch and not soggy breading. The scallop was flaky inside. I used my Breville Convection toaster oven on a mesh rack. Definitely would get again.

I like breaded seafood, and I like scallops, and I think these are excellent. Firm scallop texture, juicy, lots of scallop flavor. Plus, you bake them so they're not greasy.

These are so easy to make, As close to fresh from sea you can get!!!
