We're sorry to hear you're not thrilled with Scotts Turf Builder WinterGuard Fall Weed & Feed5, and we appreciate you letting us know. Any moisture that gets in the product will make the granules lump together. If there are any holes or damage to the package, that could allow moisture to enter the bag or if the product was stored where it was exposed to heat and high humidity. If the product is completely solid and cannot be easily broken apart, we recommend disposing of the product. It should not be used because it cannot be properly applied. We want you to feel good about using our products. That's why we offer a product guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not happy with the results after using this product, you're entitled to get your money back. Limitations apply. If you need anything else, please give us a shout at 888-270-3714.
