Flaky inside and crunchy out. So good alone or cut up in salad. The best for lunch or Dinner. Best cooked in an air fryer.

These are great to keep in the freezer and cook the amount you need at a time and then reseal the bag until later

Air fryer makes it nice and crispy. I use it in a totrila, shredded cheese, Baja sauce. Great fish taco.
