I place them in an air fryer and they make the best fish sandwiches. Crunchy outside and nice flaky fish on the inside with a warm brioche num lettuce and tomato. Wonderful and quick on a long day.

We purchased 3 bags, and they were all the same ... horrible. Each piece contained a small sliver of fish and lots of breading. We'll never buy these fillets again.

These filets have a good amount of fish. Solid filet not minced fish. I tried the frozen tilapia and there was minimal fish in one filet. Gortons is a much better option

Ever thought that the Mc-restaurant's fish filets have gotten quite pricey even during lent? Well, these are the PERFECT filet to make your own at a fraction of the price. Get yourself one of these bags, a package of small soft burger buns, yellow cheese, and tartar sauce, and you have something better than what they sell at the Mc-restaurant.

Not Sam's fault, but these fish sticks are a budget friendly snack that really doesn't taste very good. The batter to fish ratio is 2-1 with batter winning out. Compared to other fish sticks that uses cod, these don't even come close. I'm a budget shopper, but considering how not good these are, I will splurge and buy the more expensive ones.

Very tasty and crispy, you have to flip them during the cooking time if you want them crispy on both sides. They tasted a little better then the ones I usually buy but same brand. Price is definitely a deal because you get more pieces for a little more.

I really thought that the Pollock fish itself was going to be thicker, according to the package pic and I wish that it was. Also it was not all white like the package shows and had more of a layer of darker meat than I expected. The taste was so-so and the breading was just OK.

I normally am not fond of fish, but I really like these. I have been trying to eat a bit more "healthy" these days and wild caught pollock has a delightfully mild taste, is low in mercury, and has all those things that they recommend you eat fish for. I like being able to put a couple of fillets in the air fryer or oven and have dinner ready with very little effort.

I have looked and failed for years trying to find the slightly rectangular Fish Fillets that was served in School and on a McDonalds "Fillet of Fish" sandwich. Nobody sells them in my area to retail stores. But I can take two of these and they make a slight Rectangular Fillet. Not as good as the ones they used to serve in School on Fridays or the one at McDonalds but close as I have found. I would recommend them.

I cooked these in our air fryer the first time. Though they looked done and crispy- they were soft to the touch. We gave them extra time- but they were still mushy inside. The second time- I used the oven. The outsides actually got crispier than they did in the air fryer but even with extra time cooking- the insides were still mushy after correctly cooking. We will not buy these again
