It brings a certain crispiness to my food which makes it better and tastier. I only use Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil for my cooking. All my family members love it. the person previously reviewing this olive oil who likes the green bottle probably didn't open the bottle. Had he/she poured any oil, they would have noticed that the only part of the bottle that is green is the cap. The rest of the bottle is clear. The oil.......not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the intensity of this olive oil. It’s what you’re used to, but kicked up a notch in flavor. If it were possible to ‘reduce’ oil down to intensify the flavors, that’s what this would be. I love it on rustic white bread / french bread. I just drilled the oil on and sprinkle with a little fresh cracked pepper. Absolutely delicious! It’s also great on salads with a little vinegar. I can’t think of anything I’d cook with this oil, at least from a frying standpoint, as it really stands alone by itself and would impart more flavor than you want - but as a condiment / dressing / dip it’s delicious! Will be buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pompeian Robust EVOO is my favorite brand of olive oil. I like to add just a little to my fresh ground beef. It gives a rich flavor and adds a healthy fat to my extra lean meat. I have also used this on my air fried vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil and didn't think there would be any difference 9n regular EVOO. But I was wrong. Like the name implies, there is definitely a different taste to this olive oil. It made some of the recipes I used it on more flavorful. I can't wait to try it on other things.

There is sometimes a problem with opening the bottle but I think that then you don't have to worry that it opened during delivery to the store. It tastes great when you make your own dressing.

It is perfect for a salad or marinade, but I also use it whenever I saute'. It smells good and the taste is bold , but not overpowering. I was happy to read on the label that it is a non-GMO product.

Every time I make salad I drizzle this olive oil over the cut veggies. Some times I also mix some herbs to make the salad mix more tasty. It really enhances the taste of the food. I also tried using this oil to sauté veggies and to marinate meat to make it ready to grill them. It tastes great with no after use taste in mouth. Pretty much happy using this extra virgin olive oil. Quality of the oil is pretty good. Looking forward to continue using it
