Overall the power station is great. Especially for people who rent and need something that is easy to store and set up. Unfortunately, our power station is not holding a charge. Once plugged in it will "charge" and light up but as soon as your unplug it, it shuts off immediately.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse iGen2550c generator, and I'm thoroughly impressed! It's compact, lightweight, and surprisingly quiet, making it perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The setup was easy, and it started right up with no issues. With a solid runtime and efficient fuel consumption, it's an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a portable, reliable power source.

I was excited about the 12VDC outputs, thinking I'd be able to run my fiber internet ONT and WiFi router off two of these. However, in testing I've found that the 12V outputs quickly drop below 12.0V, and at 3/4 battery level the output is 11.5-11.6V. It will probably keep dropping as the battery gets lower.

This Power Station weighs less than 40lbs, so it is very mobile. We purchased this so we could grab it and head to our storm shelter when severe weather develops. We have a string of LED lights that we just plug into the 120 outlet on the back of station. Also, there are USB ports to keep our mobile phones charged. The digital read out let you know your power consumption and how much battery life you have left.

I bought this on Dec 6 of 2024. We do a lot of travel basebal with our son and the iGen300s performs perfectly for everything we need from it, from charging our mobile devices, to powering portable fans, my wife's laptop, and making sure our son is fully powered with all his tech during downtime between games on those long 1 day tournaments.

We use this power station to keep our phones and camera charged all day at the ballpark. It allows us to livestream our games so grandparents and others can watch the games even if they are not there. The power station keeps us up and running. Great product.

I have not used the generator yet. I will soon. I can mention that this product seems well thought out or engineered might be a better term. Instructions are well written. All accessories are provided. It's packaged well. Just looks like there was a lot of thought placed in providing a nice product. I believe it will serve me well.

This is my second purchase of the Westinghouse iGen series. I gave my iGen 300 to a relative and upgraded my purchase to iGen 600 about a week ago. Westinghouse power station kept my devices charged during hurricanes Milton and Helene. The charger provided enough charge for a week.

I charged my brand new iGen300s. It only took 30 minutes vs. the 5-6 hrs stated in the manual. Afterward, I ran a 40W fireplace fan and it only ran 20 minutes. I repeated this and got the same result. This unit is more like 10WHr capacity rather than 300WHr stated. I get more run time with an 18V Ryobi battery and a Ryobi power station that cost 3x less. Don't waste your money. Total junk.

We bought the power station before Christmas and within 3 months have had to use it twice to save the food in the refrigerator during over 6 hours long power outages during winter storms where an outside generator would not be fun to get running with wind and ice and snow and it worked like a champ and had power to spare.
