I bought this generator because I previously purchased a Westinghouse power washer that has worked very well for me.

Easy setup with easy instructions.

Got a lot more than I expected. Got 3 days before they said I would. Really I enhanced my outdoor endeavors.

iGen1000s

I just bought it and tested. Recharged well and quickly charged a cell phone and a music player through USB ports.

I've unboxed my iGen600s and it's charging in a wall outlet. It seems simple to use and will be helpful in numerous situations.

I have bought 3 Westinghouse gen1000s .I have put them to the test used on lots of equipment and even ran microwave just fine.

Back up power person

I own the iGen600s and iGen200s. The 200 charges my laptop fully twice. I purchased the 600 for emergency medical device power. The box was damaged when I received the package. I opened and charged. I wanted to test the 600, so I charged my laptop once, and cellphone twice. Two days later, I attempted to charge my laptop again and the unit died after charging the laptop to 40%, well short of the unit's advertised capability. I am very disappointed. Many recent reviewers have posted after I purchased and had poor experiences too.

Unreliable - DO NOT BUY

Well made and straightforward design. Charged quickly on first day. Easily runs a CPAP (with humidifier) for 2-3 nights with plenty of leftover power to charge small accessories. Works well with the optional solar panels sold elsewhere (WalMart). Obviously, this won't power an entire house, but is perfect for basic medical devices and small appliances for camping off the grid for a little bit. It's a nice small sized solution for these problems. outstanding price when on sale.
