I bought this for use with my travel trailer and very pleased with it's operation. It as easy to assemble and very quit for the size. No issue running my travel trailer on it with the air conditioner running. I would recommend buying this product.

I just got this and was missing the charging cable. I called the number for Westinghouse support and they were great to help me get what was missing from my box.

This power station is awesome. The battery life is great, the size makes it very portable and easy for travel, and it powers a wide variety of devices easily!

I own an igen300, kept charged and stored in safe place for about a year. Then it just didn't work when needed. Support was awful. I thought buying Westinghouse smart, USA and all. Bad move. Do not buy this product.

Bought this June 2, 2025. Have yet to really use it but I know being a “Westinghouse” product that it's going to be great. My hope is that it powers my projector so we can watch outdoor movies while camping.

I purchased this item a month ago for a planned camping trip at Lake Perris, which me & family went to this past weekend July 11TH-13TH, this item was not even powerful enough to power a small hotplate!

I purchased this unit just days prior to a major storm. No electric for four days. I was at least able to keep my phone charged and use my portable DVD player.

Straightforward setup for propane. Runs LQ horse trailer under various loads including microwave and A/C. Unit recurrently stops spontaneously at 5-10 min. Troubleshooting with help of promptly available phone support.

Easy out of the box set up, dropped shipped to front driveway by tractor trailer with lift gate. Will perform load test and break per instructions. Propane use did not start up and run break in yet

I needed this powerstation for a festival just to power a light, mini refrigerator and keep our devices charged. Small and compact. Just what I needed.
