I really like the product, and it has performed very well for what I need. It charges my laptop, phone, camera batteries and small fan. Really cool little power pack with lots of features! Highly recommended.

Charge is faster then expected. Easy to use and understand.. Not heavy. This is my first item like this.. i am impressed and want all the extras now lol.

So far satisifed with product, have not had to use it yet. However, in the box it said I qualified for free cover but there was not an option for the "bonus item". I would sure like to receive it.

This backup power supply will indeed serve the purpose to recharge phones etc. and it comes with a charger cord to re-charge the unit from a car if needed.

Purchased thus too late for last tropical storm. However, I am ready for Hurricane Helene. Going to give it a try. Will update stars after storm passes !

Just bought the unit. Instructions were excellent. I especially enjoyed "CHAGE BEFORE OPERATING Before you read any further, please CHARGE iGen100s to 100%"
