I purchased this because my neighbor had this exact model outside his garage during Hurricane Milton in Florida. Other neighbors also had generators outside their garages but their generators were extremely noisy. My neighbor used this to charge his phones and his refrigerator. We don't need power to run the whole house A/C, we need to keep our food fresh, charge our phones and plug in necessities when needed, and of course make coffee in the mornings.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review for the iGen300s. It has failed after less than 2 years. It was great and worked perfectly for what I needed it for while it worked, but after not even 2 years, it doesn't hold a charge anymore. After showing a full charge, it will only last 20 minutes in a task that it used to last 6 hours. Furthermore, upon showing empty after the 20 minutes of use, it will charge to a full charge in only 20-30 minutes CHARGING ONLY THROUGH A CAR CHARGER. I'm not sure what happened or why, but it seems to have lost all of its capacity. And this was a unit that was used somewhat sparingly, perhaps only a few times a month. So, it was not excessively used in any way.

I was wanting a power source that could be used for many things. Backup for power lose, portable power for tools, easy to use and could be used with solar panels. This meets the bill and then some. Has a long lasting battery and many types of outlets. Can be charged with 110ac. compact design and many display monitors.

Really nice and compact. Has hook and loop fasteners to keep it stowed and also well engineered legs for easy foldout and setup. The charging area doubles as a zipped pouch to keep cables stowed. Used it with my iGen1000 and it worked well. Slick setup. Note: Does not seem to be waterproof per manual instructions.

I bought this for any sort of outages at our apartment to keep the kids entertained, run some fans, and keep the fridge running! Bundled with a solar panel for charging! My family is more thankful now that I don't have to jeopardize my safety to go out and purchase gas during a blackout for a generator.

I've had this product for a year and a half. I only use it occasionally and it has functioned well until recently. It charges quickly and provides power all night for my CPAP. Unfortunately it recently just quits after an hour or so (when fully charged) and must be recharged. The problem is, when recharged it charges to 100 percent in just a few minutes because it really is already charged. When I try using it again, it only last a few minutes then I need to repeat.

We purchased this over a year ago and did not need to use it until Hurricane Milton hit. We were very happy to realize not only how easy it was to set up and use but that when we ran out of gas how easy it was to switch to using propane. Was able to enjoy a hot shower and a/c.

We fully charged wit right out of the box. Plugged in a Keurig coffee maker and mad two cups of coffee. Those things eat power like potato chips. It dropped about 3%, pretty good in my estimation. Plans of plugging in our 56 quart fridge/ freezer cooler and testing next and then solar charging, if performance is bad I will update this review. Happy camper.

This is a great small power station but I couldn't give it 5 stars because there is no way to turn off the display during use. When you use it overnight, the display light is VERY bright and if the battery is next to your bed, you have to cover the display in order to sleep. This feature is on some other brands. Other than that, I'm happy with the product and it seems to hold a charge well.

I purchased This over a year ago and worked perfect about every time I used it. It quit and warranty sent replacement very quickly. I don't like other brands and like to continue using this product. I also own 2 other generators this brand and are very happy with them as well. They work like a charm every time I had emergencies to use them.
