Exceding the buy 2x

Works great on output. But charging is taking a very long time. Specifications says charging 7 to 9 hours. Charging from wallplug took me 20 hours when no power bar are showing. When 4 power bars are showing it is still not fully charged after 5 hours. Will return for replacement. Maybe the 2nd unit will charge as specified.

Light use still caused issues

I was given this for Father's day, I've never over charged. I only take it with me just case I need a charge on my phone. I've never had it go lower than half a charge. Just this week I was charging it for about 20min and I noticed a burnt plastic smell. I felt under the handle and it was extremely hot right above the display. The plastic has now warped and it no longer accepts a charge. I was looking forward to getting some good use out of it and nope. It gave up even though I have babied it.

First iGen300s Great but Second one is lemon

In August 2023 I purchased an iGen300s portable power station that I loved so much that I decided to purchase another one in October 2023. Unfortunately the second one does not hold power after charging and is useless. I have just opened a case number and am hoping this one will be replaced with a working one as the one purchased in August is a 5 star product.

Generator that does not work

This is not my generator. I have a WGen5300cv. Bought on June 6, 2004. Woman said warranty was 30 days, my book says 1 yr parts and labor. I live in Florida bought to cover me in storms. Filled with gas with and additive filled with provided oil. It starts and runs for about a minute. Contacted service they are sending an oil switch. I am 80 years old and not able to work on this generator. Please help

Only used 1 season

I bought this last 14 months ago. Was able to use it that summer while camping. Had a power outage and brought it out to use...nothing worked. Plugged it in next day to charge, starts at 1 bar then shows full charge. Flashlight doesn't work, push AC button and fan runs for a second then shuts off and red triangle appears. Definitely not happy with this purchase and don't recommend.

Perfect Mini Power Boost

I have researched quite a bit about the battery power stations. This won out in the end because I believe you get more bang for your buck with this particular power station (price v wattage v features). Our power goes out frequently because of flooding and hurricanes; I just want to be able to charge my electronic devices. This will do the trick. Plus, Westinghouse is a solid name brand. Pretty much ready to go out of the box (just charge it) and most everything is self-explanatory.

WGen5300cv model will only run for a minute

Not listed but brand-new Model WGen5300cv Runs for a minute and shuts down. Unit is too heavy to move and Westinghouse will not cover pickup and delivery cost. I am 80 years old on a walker and cannot get down to work on this generator. Lost power in Florida for 4 days with a generator in my garage that won't run. Two more storms projected to hit in a week and Westinghouse will not help. Be aware of this if you are old and have to make a purchase to try and help yourself. Be sure you will not get and help from Westinghouse. I am ashamed I worked for Westinghouse for 14 years.

Easy set up. Starts right up and easy to use.

Bought back on April of 2024 as back if our power went down. A storm went through and knocked the power out across the metropolitan area for days. Live in the south so was extremely hot and humid so no AC. Was easy to set up and started right up. Was a life saver. Ran a little ac unit, fridge, lights, tv, fan. Could have handled a lot more. Plan to have it wired up to the house so can just plug in and avoid all the extension cords.

Can't recommend

I have two of these setting on the floor in front of me as I write this review. Both are less than 2 months old one was defective front the get go and the one only just stopped charging last night. Because of the ordering process with in my employer they can't be returned and management as denied any reorders because of so many defensive units.

Perfect for power outages!

I bought this unit for hurricane outages. I have not used it for long periods of time yet, but I am impressed with how quickly it charges and all of the ports are exactly what I need. The reason I chose this unit over others were the reviews plus it came with a solar panel connector. I'm very happy with my purchase!
