Unit is very heavy but looks good. Haven't started using yet. Your registration website is very poor, difficult to navigate. Recommend new IT department

Just received and powering up. Haven't had a chance to use it but it looks fantastic. Can't wait to get lots of use from it. I only have 4 since I haven't used it yet. If I'm able to, I'll increase to 5 based on use.

I have to say its such a blessing . works great . since our power goes down here many times.. my husband is on a c-pap machine an this is life saving .. i would recommend it highly

Fantastic inverter generator! Have run it for well over 40 hours since purchase. Works excellent on eco-mode, idles up smoothly under load. Be sure to get a TT-30P to 5-15R 30A Male Plug to 15A Female Receptacle for some added versatility.

Received this a few days ago. It charged quickly so I used it to charge I phone and tablet. Did the job as advertised. Easy to carry and store and very manageable with regard to weight.

Bought this to power my wifi router during power outages. Works perfectly (and can also charge my phone/ipad and a small lamp). ~6 hrs run time when filly charged.

Purchased for the RV for use during early hours when a genset isnt possible to use. This runs the Keurig machine for very coffee before fishing! Can make several cups! Works great

Quick charging of iPad and other items. We have had the iGen300s for some years now and use it quite often. The iGen1000s is more powerful and will be useful outdoors as well if there is a power outage.
