We’ve had the kids couch for 8 months now. It is well loved and we’ve had no issues until today. I washed the cover, which was probably my fault, but afterwards the zipper would not zip properly on one of the large sections. I wish they sold replacement covers, because we do really love the product.

The first one I got was when they first came out the inside foam was the yellow kind and holds up it’s shape very well. I got a second one in August for a Christmas present as it was on clearance. It’s now been two weeks and they haven’t fully expanded and aren’t as strong as the first set I am so disappointed because for the price compared to the nugget I was happy until this second set

Bought for my son, hes 2.5. I was a little skeptical thinking he may not know what to do with it yet but as soon as we unboxed it he was playing with it and has been ever since. We’ve had it for about a week and it’s still a hit. I was worried about the zipper after seeing all the negative reviews. The zipper on ours works as it should, there was a warranty paper in the box that says it covers broken zippers so that was a good piece of mind.

Overall, I'm decently satisfied with this. Had it for about a year and it seems to be in holding up well. My major complaint is the zippers. We've had to take the covers off to wash it after spills. They must have used really cheap zippers or something because it's nearly impossible to get it put back together. The zippers constantly misalign and what should take 5 minutes ends up taking 45 minutes and it still has holes/jams in the zipper track.

Just got this sofa for my grandson's birthday next month (he'll be 5) & he loves it! This is bigger than I expected & so many configurations you can make with it! I was going to buy him a new bed but now I don't have to because he can sleep on it, soft memory foam, well made good quality & I can tell it will last him till he outgrows it. Love that you can take the cover off to wash it. Only thing they should've added were handles around the cushions to make it easier for him to pick up & move around but we did find side pockets...kinda heavy for him right now & I have to help him sometimes but he can build up his muscles lol. Also I can lay with him on it to watch movies or play legos if you put them side by side to make a big wide bed, endless possibilities! We both love it! This is genius!

I’m not super impressed. We received this item at the beginning of February but it’s the end of March. It still hasn’t fully expanded. One of the large cushions has a large divot on one side. One of the triangular pillows has a large divot in the middle. I was expecting more.

My kids loved this couch for the month they got to play with it. Then, the zipper broke. Getting a replacement is impossible so I just decided to make my own Velcro closure until I can buy enough fabric to make a new cover with a better zipper. I shouldn’t have to given the price of this set of foam blocks, but it is what it is. Super disappointed.

Almost right after I purchased the couch the cover on the largest piece stopped being able to be zipped. I have contacted customer support a few times to get a replacement and still have not received one. I guess I should have just splurged on another nugget. We haven't had any issues with the nugget. We have a nugget as well and the zipper has no issues. If I have to buy a replacement cover it's not really a deal in comparison. I guess I should have read the reviews as this seems to be a common issue.

We got the Explorer couch for our child’s first birthday. After using for 6 months, I can say we are very pleased. It has held up great and we’ve had no issues. The foam is sturdy for builds and is still comfortable for sitting on. We use it daily and our child loves to play on it. If we can’t find her, she’s almost always sitting on her couch. I would definitely recommend.

My 3 children received one of these as a gift for Christmas and have used and loved it so much I bought another one so they can all have mats to rest on and to be able to make giant forts. I also purchase one for my 2 nieces as a gift. My kids are 3,5,7 and my nieces are 1 and 2. The babies and toddlers can crawl and climb on it and the big kids can build and nap on it. I’ve also sent the mats for overnight beds at grandmas house and they work great. Can’t say enough good things about this product.
