Never inflated

I bought this back in December and it lasted a month before I decided to wash the covers while following the instructions, I hung to dry. After putting covers back on, the zipper stopped working and created a gap which wouldn’t close. Contacted customer service and I got a replacement sent my way. Haven’t even washed the covers and the zipper already stopped working, customer service said they would help but it has been a week since they have responded. Really disappointing.

I was so excited to hear that Sams would be selling a play sofa like this and it did not disappoint. So much fun and endless possibilities for play. We are already planning to order another one. If you are debating whether to get this, do it! You will not regret it.

Bought a few weeks ago. Kids use it every day. My kids are 8, 4, and 2 and they all love it. I think its just as good as the Nugget couch and has a warranty on the zipper. I read reviews about the zipper breaking so I was nervous, but ours has held up fine and you can get it replaced for free for up to a year if yours does break. My favorite toy I have bought for my kiddos!

Kids Love!

Doesn't hold up, we have owned almost 2 years but after a few months the zippers starting splitting. Every piece now has split zippers in several places. This was bought for a 4 year old girl and not played rough with, she uses it for reading and fort building. I would not buy again

Wonderful purchase

I have 4 boys and they absolutely love this. They made forts with it, jumped all over it. We used it as a guest mattress on the floor for my teenaged nephew. Very versatile and so easy to move. I washed the covers once and they covers went back on and zipped easily. Washed it a second time and the zippers zipped, but opened again and now they are broken. Love the product, but the zippers are horrible. We've only had the cushions 4 months.

We have the name brand version and this one. I prefer the explorer sofa! It holds builds better and is easier for washing/drying. The foam is SLIGHTLY more squishy but we've been building with the explorer sofa for almost 2 months with absolutely no complaints!
