I ordered this item on 12/1 and still haven’t received it as of today (12/10). When checking the shipping status, I noticed there was about a one-week gap between the order date and the shipping date. If you’re planning to order this as a gift, you may want to take the shipping time into consideration.

Just bought this Oct21 2021 for my grandchildren and the zippers have already broken. My grandchildren are under 7yrs old. Customer service is contacting supplier to see if they can send replacement covers cause the couches are completely out of stock. Hope nobody else has this issue.

The zipper is cheap and each piece now has the foam poking out. So disappointing!! I don’t have a lot of money and this was a gift to two of my children— with one having sensory issues- the foam poking out makes it unsafe due to him attempting to bite it now.

At first my kids loved this! We have only had it 6 days and they’ve played with it everyday. However, this morning the zippers busted open exposing the foam. Not in a place that can be zipped back up. Disappointed since we’ve only had it a short period of time. And these are designed to be played with.

I bought this October 2021.. it is July 2022 and it’s broken after one wash. My son spilled his smoothie on it so I gave it a wash and now the zipper is broken. I have a nugget as well and washed it way more since my son was younger and drooled a lot. Way more worth it to spend the extra money on the nugget. I’m angry about this purchase.

This kids' sofa is a good idea, but it would have been a great idea if a few more inches had been added to make it able to be a single mattress size (38" x 75") so it could also have the function of converting to a bed when kids have a friend sleep over. It's really too small to fit in a bunk bed as one of the pictures illustrates. Overall, it's a nice addition to a basement or playroom.

I ordered Emerald Green and got Teal. Called and they GUARANTEED they would send me the right color. Well guess what Teal again. There is a big difference between Teal and Emerald green and the best thing is they don’t even offer teal this year. Must be last years color. Sent them both back!!!!

I am extremely pleased with this product. My 1 and 2 year old grandchildren play on it every day. I also purchased the Explorer Play Gym. I now have lots of sizes of cushions to build a fort, teepee, slide, couch, etce. I purchased the denim, and I'm very pleased with the texture and softness of the fabric. The handles are very useful when moving pieces from room to room. I highly recommend.

I bought this for my kids on Christmas & they loved it! Unfortunately the zippers do not last! Around February I emailed customer service & they sent me new covers which was awesome of them! Because there is a 1 yr warranty but now April the zippers have broken again. At this point I will have to return it.

We love this. But the zippers are terrible! We have a 3yr old and two 1 yr olds. The zippers are out in the open with a big dangly tie on them that invites littles to unzip it over and over. And the zipper is SHARP. When they slide down it or throw it around while playing the zipper cuts them on the face etc. PLEASE SOMEHOW CONCEAL THE ZIPPER BETTER! (It won’t let me upload a picture.)
