We love our Members Mark Kids Explorer Sofas! We loved our first one so much we ordered a second one! We use these play sofas every single day! We also keep one beside my 2 year olds bed so if he falls out of bed at night he has something soft to land on! It’s the perfect size and the options for play are endless it can be an obstacle course, a fort, a ramp for cars, literally anything! They are also really easy to clean we have had a few spills and accidents on ours and they have cleaned up amazingly! Would highly recommend!

For the price, I was shocked at how small it was. The kids tried making the different configurations but it just doesn’t stand up. Too wobbly. And it’s too small for them to play under only the two year old can walk into the fort formation. I’m really disappointed. I’d take it back but the kids played on it already. It also says the foam will expand into the covering but so far it has not. So the covers are too big and flop around. The zipper pulls stick up and are large. They don’t tuck in and one of the kids scraped themselves on it. Would not recommend.

My kids loves this sofa! Making forts, having all-nighters, wrestling, watching movies.. you name it, they have done it! Incredibly easy to clean. I take the coverings off and zip them up before putting them in the washer. It has help to prevent incident with zipper malfunction! Buy it for the kiddos! You will not regret it!

Dont waste your money. The zipper is absolute junk after washing one time and following wash instructions. The zipper will not close anymore. Also, total junk, is the warranty that is offered on the product. Club will not replace it (I moved 4 hours away from the club I purchased it from so I can't bring it there) and because I didn't purchase it online, the actual company will not replace it. Why offer a warranty then? Sam's Club does not back up their own company products.

We bought 2 of these at different times…. One around Xmas time, decompressed in a matter of hours. 2nd one we bought second hand but still brand new in box. After 16 hours and it still hadn’t decompressed I decided to take my hair dryer to it. I removed the covers then went over every side and every corner with the hair dryer on all six cushions. The heat decompressed them beautifully. There were some creases that the heat couldn't get out but sprayed then with a little water, rubbed it in and let it set, it puffed right up after a while. Hope this helps anyone with decompressed cushions.

I bought this online for our kids Christmas gift. We have a 6 & 2 year old. They both love to climb, jump and build forts and pallets. I thought this was a great way to save some money and provide them both something to play on. Upon first uses it was great! It expanded quickly, no funky smell and was fun to build and play on. I thought we got a good deal and my kids loved to use it daily! Think again.. Some stuff is just better to spend a little more on. Within 2 weeks the small pocket on the side was ripped. Then I washed the covers per instructions and hung them to dry, soon as I put the cover on it would not zip correctly on one side and left massive gaps, leaving it unusable sadly. I did contact customer service and they offered to send a replacement or a full refund. This surprised me greatly since I ordered back before Christmas. I’m very impressed that they did back their return policy and have worked well with me. It’s pending pick up now since this product won’t fit back into the box and then hopefully I have my return. I will be buying my kids the brand name sofa since I know it will hold it’s quality. If it wasn’t for the quality in the fabric and zippers not being good then I would have really liked this product. If they can fix the zipper issue I think it would be great. I appreciate them giving me my money back since it did not hold up though.

We just got the couch so far and love it. In a few hours, it decompressed beautifully. I love the emerald color and material which honestly reminds me of soft corduroy. I had my doubts but it’s Day 3 and I love it. No smells out of the packaging and the foam is made in USA and Mexico, with imported fabric covers. It was a nice surprise to know that at least the foam is made in North America. The couch is sturdy and reminds me of a medium firm foam mattress. Some things to keep in mind from scouring many reviews of this couch and similar mod couches: • Immediately unbox and unravel it upon delivery to let it decompress. It assures you of your limited warranty and you can check for any defects or issues (beyond 15 days of delivery date, they may not help as much according to their enclosed booklet). • Let your little ones or yourself go at it after it gets some air in. Playing on it will actually help it decompress faster. •MASSAGE that corner!!! I’ve seen several people say the corners of their triangular wedges don’t decompress, especially one of them that gets really rolled up in shipping. We had that same issue where one came looking rounded and stayed rounded in one corner overnight, while everything else looked great. Unzipped it and GENTLY pulled at the corner tab and massaged it on the sides and it popped back up. HUGE difference! Don’t call them until you’ve tried it! It also helps to realign the fabric corners with the inner foam wedge corners; during the expansion, some of the inner wedge corners get stuck off to the side of a corner, so pulling the fabric corner back up (while pushing the foam down) and realigning with the foam corner ensures nice, pointy corners! About the zippers… * Be careful with them. They do get caught easily with the fabric, so don’t yank on it like you would your jacket zipper or you may get it stuck. As others said, this is a huge or possibly the only con, but if you’re careful with it, you should be okay. They seem sturdy otherwise. * Tuck in the zipper pulls to help hide them. Although these don’t come with hidden zippers, at least it stops the very little ones from finding them and pulling at them. Hope this review helps! After looking at the original as well as similar ones on the big online marketplace (you know which one) and some super high-end ones, this delivered on quality, material and gorgeous color.

I ordered Emerald Green and got Teal. Called and they GUARANTEED they would send me the right color. Well guess what Teal again. There is a big difference between Teal and Emerald green and the best thing is they don’t even offer teal this year. Must be last years color. Sent them both back!!!!

We love this. But the zippers are terrible! We have a 3yr old and two 1 yr olds. The zippers are out in the open with a big dangly tie on them that invites littles to unzip it over and over. And the zipper is SHARP. When they slide down it or throw it around while playing the zipper cuts them on the face etc. PLEASE SOMEHOW CONCEAL THE ZIPPER BETTER! (It won’t let me upload a picture.)

I've noticed a lot of people complaining about the zipper, I've had mine for 4 months and have never had a problem. Pro tip don't yank when you're taking of the covers go around it slowly. Zip the covers up before you wash and air dry. If you need a replacement cover and are out of warranty check your FB market place or offer up. The covers for the Nugget couch also fit this perfectly. This is my second review in these to try and help other people out, the foam on these are excellent. When my mom comes over she would rather sleep on a nugget than on the guest bed. My father in law who is 6' foot tall and almost 300 lbs puts two together and sleeps there very comfortable. Kids make forts, slides and obstacle courses.
