Bought the 12x10 Norwood gazebo the end of March (2025). We love it!!! Was looking for a budget friendly gazebo that was decent quality and looked nice. Was assembled in a weekend, all pieces were marked and the instructional video was easy to follow. We love it so much that we are looking at the greenhouses they offer.

We bought this a month ago. I took my time putting it up but we have been out under it every night since. The directions were very easy to follow and the holes all lined up perfectly. I was very impressed. I did have to alter the directions a bit, because I was building most of it alone, but the finished product is extremely sturdy and looks beautiful. Already have neighbors asking where we got it. I did shop around, and found Backyard Discovery to have a superior product and reasonably priced. I feel confident it will withstand a NH winter. I will let you know!

Really like the finished product. Written Directions don’t match the part numbers give on the app. The app instructions and pics are of low quality. The animation in the app is just ok at best. Finally, no where in the advertisement or marketing info does it state that the wood needs treated or warranty is voided!

purchased 12’X 16’ Norwood gazebo. can be installed in2-3 days. need helper to stand sides up. i put together roof sections without metal roof panels. added roof panels after. some tight spaces but not bad. cover bolts and pre drilled holes lined up 99% of the time. needed to reorder couple pieces due to splitting. very professional, got within 1 week. overall very satisfied. chose this cover due to attractiveness and that was rated for wind and load.

all in all a great product. Took my wife and I approximately three weekends to assemble, with the help of some friends for the heavy lifting. Directions are pretty good, got confused a few times but the good thing is that if you do put something together wrong you'll be able to tell it's incorrect because it will not line up with other components. All parts are identified well and they give you extra on every fastener. The kit also includes all the tools required even the wood clamps needed for some of the assemblies. As mentioned before my wife and I did most of the assembly by ourselves, the only thing we need additional help was on putting the two halves of the frame together and lifting the roof panels into place, three people were required for these steps.

Lots of parts, but everything is pre drilled and cut which made it easier to put together

It requires finishing work...weather sealer, flashing, and gutters.

Great product looks perfect

Better graphics would push this over the top!

The quality of the product and its overall constructability made this product well worth the cost.
