This cheese is most excellent. I keep it in my refrigerator as much as possible. Since I am a solitudinarian you would think I can't eat a chunk of cheese that big before it molds. No problem here ... sometimes it's the only thing I eat all day (of course, with crackers, fruit, or nuts). This cheese tastes good with every kind of cracker you can find. One of my many favorite ways to use this cheese is to eat it between two Snack Factory pretzel chips. And, of course, everything is good on a Ritz. If you are a cheese lover, please try this cheese not only for its excellent taste, but for the bargain that it is. Hope this review makes you a Cabot Seriously Sharp White Cheddar Cheese addict. I have to admit, I was perhaps a little too unfair to Cabot. I couldn't imagine a brand I got from Sams could possibly be as good as those normally found in a more specialized source. BOY WAS I WRONG This cheese is simply excellent. I use it all the time, along with the "Vermont Sharp. For me, if the cheddar doesn't have a punch to it it's just not cheddar. So many "sharp" cheddars have no oompf to . I want my cheddar SHARP. I like to see myself as a cheese expert. Spent entirely too much time in specialty cheese shops as a kid. This is a great buy. Trust me.

This has become one of my favorite cheeses. Great, bold cheddar flavor. Very versatile - try it on pizza! Very consistent product.

I have been buying Seriously Sharp forever for use in macaroni and cheese and just for eating. Over the last few months the sharpness is few and far between. I am very disappointed with your product.

Taste a little bit better than garbage

When making macaroni and cheese or cheddar cheese biscuits, no sharp cheddar added enough flavor for us until we tried the Seriously Sharp Cheddar. This is great by itself but a must have for recipes.
