Makes a great cup of coffee!

I purchased this coffee maker for a shared art studio. We have several groups that stop in and a few coffee drinkers. Our old coffee maker broke so I purchased this one. I really like the simplicity of it and it makes a great cup of coffee. It probably takes a little bit longer from start to finish than the big Keurig coffee makers. The small size is just perfect. This would be great for an office. I would definitely recommend it!

I frantically tried calling you, filled out your form, tried emailing you. NOTHING!! You went and shipped it to the old address. We have two of these, mine's gray, because I don't like to wait for my spouse to get their coffee before I get mine and we have different tastes in coffee. I know impatient. It is so simple and easy to use, you just put in the water, pop in the K cup, press the button and voilà coffee in short minutes. They sit side by side on the counter and don't take up that much room. Just keep it clean, don't overfill it and it will work well for you.

Received our second min plus since Jan 2022 and this one is already having issues. It will drain all or part of the water then shut off. We use purified bottle water, Keurig cups. This machine is a lemon. I have a video of it malfunctioning. Again this is our second one in 4 months.

I received this brewer as a Christmas gift and am completely satisfied with it. Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great cup of coffee. I will mention that about two months ago I began to have some intermittent problems with the brewer, but it was still useable.. I contacted Keurig to discuss the issues. They agreed to replace the brewer in kind. In good time I received a new brewer. The new one is now in service. So, not only is this an excellent product, but also Keurig stands behind it 100%. Very reassuring these days.

Keurig K-Mini Plus

The Keurig K-Mini Plus began having brewing problems 6 months after purchase. It began intermittent and eventually became a daily problem in that you would have to wait 30 minutes or more after brewing the first cup before it would brew a second cup. Keurig did however honor their warranty and sent a replacement. Hopefully this one will last much longer.

Great idea but something is wrong

This was a company replacement for the SECOND unit that l purchased after the FIRST only worked for 4 months. The second unit worked intermittently for 6 months. As both had the same repeated malfunctions of not working at all or making cold coffee,l am reluctant to review this third unit as l have only had it 10 days.
