I bought the mini 2x in a week at bed bath- each time could not pull out power cord more the 12. “ without ripping it- called Keurig direct- they sent me a replacement- same issue! Am I going nuts? I’m 6’2” 240 not a small weak guy. Using it in a 12” cord - is suppose to be 30”.

I love my K-Mini. I had purchased the Teal Kuerig about a 11 months ago and it quit working and making hot coffee. The service department was super and really nice to work with. They replace my K-Mini with the Teal color immediately. I'm very pleased with the service and product. I would purchase again.

2nd chance on this unit!

I purchased one of these a few years ago. Even amongst reviews that warned of failures way too soon after buying. I used it off and on over a couple of years and it recently died. I longed for my old reservoir unit from 10 - 15 years ago, louder but still working when I rummage sale'd it for a single serve unit. It just failed one day...no warning, no noise, would light up for a few seconds and then die. I tried the unplug, and start over tricks but no luck. So far this unit is working fine. 30 days or so in, OK. I'll let you know if it fails before warranty end.

Amazing attention from an amazing company!

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

Love the new design

I bought this a few months ago. I love the new design and the way the water well comes off for cleaning. The only thing I find different is the temperature of the water coming out. My old single serve Keurig brewed much hotter water at 170º. This one only heats no hotter than 165º. Wish there was a way to adjust the temperature.

Is the new generation better?

I have had Keurigs for ages! Great machines for sure. Saved my third marriage...so far!! She likes Hazelnut, I like Emeril's DARK roast.. I have had the small single fill units in my condos and on my boats. Great little critters..The new one makes really delicious brew...strong and dark! Butttttttt it has an extra pump noise that I don't like?!?! Just to load the water?? I rather have the good old gravity feed..also, it seems to loose some water in the process...sometimes?? So if I pour in a full cup of water..sometimes a full cup comes out as coffee...sometimes it's 1/4 inch too low??!! Cant live without them!!!

I have always used and purchased Keurig coffee makers and this was a gift..... it works, however, it makes so much noise when it's on and working.... this machine is less than a week old... why it's making a noise like it's ready for lift-off I have no idea.....none of my other Keurig coffee makers made this noise? I don't think this is normal.

Only works for at least 8 oz of water

The brewer works only with 8 oz. it doesn’t work with 6 oz even though that appears to be the minimum amount of water you put. If you put 6 oz, there is a sound and the water disappears into the brewer but no coffee comes out. I sent the first one back before I discovered this quirk, but the replacement has the same issue. Now I’m forced to make 8 oz of coffee though I prefer a 6 oz cup. Apart from that, it is fine.

I purchased the K-Mini Plus for a trip taken a 6 weeks later. When I used it I found the coffee flavor was very weak. I called Keurig to see if I needed to do something to fix the problem. The Customer Service Representative I spoke with was extremely helpful. She checked a few things and offered to send me a replacement unit. I received it and made a cup of coffee that was perfect. I've owned a number of Keurig units over the years. Great product!! Fantastic Customer Service.
