Good buy for the price.

No bad. Doesn't take up much counter space. Works well and coffee tastes good. Only complaint is it takes longer than the previous larger machine and you have to fill the small reservoir for each cup. But not a big deal. Find something to do for 3 minutes. Good buy for the price.

Absolute Best Support Experience On the Planet!

So impressed with my Keurig replacement experience! A used Mini gifted to us by a friend proved to be defective and, when I searched Keurig’s site for support, learned that around 10 years ago the company recalled it and offered a free quick fix part for it. When I called the company they said the repair part is no longer available. Then the customer service guy asked that I return my unit to them and they would send me a brand new upgraded unit. They even had UPS pick up the old unit at my door- no charge! A few days later we received a brand new Keurig Mini Plus in the color of my choice, and have been enjoying it since!

Use of kcup or basket

The original unit I bought worked ok until I started using both kcups and basket for my own ground coffee. Replacement I was sent did not even HAVE basket for my own coffee, but per online help it can be used. I have very little confidence in this unit, especially in how long it lasts for the price of purchase. May give up on Keurig and go back to Mr. Coffee style. Machine is TOO expensive for how long it lasts, I've purchased three already and am only coffee drinker in my household

Stand behind their product

We loved our Keirug mini plus as it is small on the counter and makes great coffee. We were sad when it stopped working to our surprise as I have a larger keurig for groups and it has ran perfectly for 5 years. I called keurig and they totally stood behind there product and sent me a new one. That is a good company and because of that I will continue to purchase their products.

Terrible model! Buyer beware

This is the SECOND time I’ve purchased this model and BOTH times it quit working in less than a month! I will not purchase another, nor can recommend anyone else buy it. The first time we chalked it up to an electrical surge that may have caused the problem and decided that was on us. The second time it just quit on the FIRST USE and I knew it was this model!

I’ve had the mini plus now for two weeks. Everything works fine so far. I first bought a select model, but it was too big for my space. Sent it back unused and got this. So far it has been easy to use. Just be sure to wipe up around it when done as a little coffee splatters on the counter. Wife’s rules!

Love my Mini Plus

So far, we love it. It makes a great tasting fresh cup of coffee, whenever we want one. My wife and I don't drink a lot of coffee and we drink it at different times, so this is perfect. I chose the mini plus because of the removable water reservoir for cleaning and the strong brew button. I'm not exactly sure what the button does, but I push it every time.

This mini plus has it all, for me. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, it has storage for pods and it can make stronger coffee. I like how I get to put fresh, filtered water in for every cup. I have had a mini plus since they first came on the market. I have had several over the years. I follow instructions for cleaning and each one has lasted for many years.
