Nice Coffee Maker. It does take a while to heat the water up and is hard to tell how much is too much water for the intake. I love the coffee pod holder that goes with it. So if you're patient you'll love it. I'm just used to an instant Keurig at work so I guess just called me spoiled :)

Purchased a couple weeks ago to take with me on a two week vacation. It turned out to be a good purchase and easy to tote with us. It isn’t bulky like some are that are best to be left in one’s kitchen. I like the one cup at a time feature, rather than worry about the water left inside the machine. Great for heating a cup of water for a teabag also. I love it!

We are not coffee drinkers, so like to have this handy for guests, hot chocolate, or just hot water. We previously had a bigger one that died on us, and I admit that I do miss being able to have a larger quantity of water in it, even though filling up per cup size each time makes more sense for our purposes. I do love the size of it, and it's great storage for a few k-cups. It is a little tricky to learn how to use, so I'm still going through those growing pains. It is not super intuitive, even with the directions (like when do I lift and lower, and why does it all of the sudden just stop). Since we are not heavy users of it, I will stick with it, and once I get used to how to use it, it will be great. Again, the size and look of it is perfect for the amount of use we use it. Although until then, I have to admit that I have found that just boiling water on the stove is easier and quicker.

Love the design alright but my issues still occur that it sucks down the water and before it wouldn’t heat it sometimes and finish the job, this one will take in 8 oz. and give back 2 ounces. Not every time but occasionally. Then the next time I put in 8 ounces, it gives that plus what was in reserve. If I had not thought ahead and put a 2 cup measuring cup, it would have overflowed on the counter. This is occasionally, yesterday, no problems.

I ordered the machine and received it in good time. Had it for a few months, and worked well, except every once in a while, it would make a clicking sound. So, I Called the office and was told that it was normal for the machine to make the noise? Bought me some cup of soup which called for 6oz of water, so I filled the reservoir with the 6ozs pressed the button to brew the water went into the machine light blinking and then everything stopped. it would not brew 6 oz. I had to add another 6oz for it to work. I called KEURIC and they sent me another one, I am on my third machine waiting of a fourth with the same issue.

I was gifted a Mini that stopped powering on after 2 weeks. I thankfully registered my warranty when I received, and called for a replacement. I spoke with Hernan M., and he was very helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent, which I received in less than a week. The new machine works great, and we need more customer service reps like him.

We havembeen considering a Keurig for some time. Finally I bought this Mini package and we couldn't be more pleased. We weren't sure if we would use it. We found that it is very convienient when guests stop and we only want to make 1 or 2 coffees. The simplicity of operation makes it easy to use. So far, we love it.

I bought this as a backup, as 2 Keurig Supreme units failed within 1 month and 1 week of use respectively. (The 3rd Supreme is working well so far.) This K-Mini is as noisy and slow as molasses. I don't recommend this unit if you are used to any of the larger Keurig machines.

I am relatively happy with the unit. I suggest 1. A cord that is a bit longer 2. Clearer markings for the water levels on the reservoir. I received 2 e-mails about the coffee pods that were promised to be sent free of charge. One had no charge. The second e-mail had the prices. The pods were to be sent as part of my purchase at no added charge and I am standing by that agreement as I know Keurig will. That is why I deal with a reputable company such as Keurig.

The coffee brewed is very good and the appliance looks sleek. I went for the slim design to save space, but in use it is a little tippy as I open and close the capsule compartment. I'm wishing I chose the regular size. The removable water compartment is not a great benefit because I still fill my cup and pour the water in from it. It is good for cleaning, though.
