Excellent pot, coffee stays hot , easy to use. Convenient in the busy morning. Great choice of colors. Looks nice on counter too. Coffee is always fresh tasting. My guest have commented on the delicious taste. The aroma that fills my kitchen is incredible. So easy to use when having company. I incredibly happy with this purchase 💕

This is a replacement that I had to fight for. The one I purchased stopped working after 1 year, 7 months. They were not going to replace it because their warranty is for only 1 year - it took me months to convince them that I purchased this because of their reputation (the last one I had for over 10 years) and they needed to do the right thing and back their product. In fact, I would rather have a refund as I purchased a Farberware as a replacement which I prefer over the Keurig. This is the last Keurig I will ever have.

I recently purchase my coffee maker for XMAS and was having a little problem with the operation and contacted the company directly. They was very helpful, kind and patient and understood my issue. They immediately replaced my item and now I am extremely happy to wake up to coffee brewing each morning.

I purchased this to replace a working, but too large Keurig coffee maker. I love the fact that water is not being stored in this machine (my main reason for the this purchase). It looks very nice and small from the front, but I was surprised at its overall size from the side. It actually works very well when I push the two buttons and leave it alone. I get impatient and repeat my button pushing which only delays the heating of the water. I know the coffee maker wants to say, "Back off so I can do my job!" I read that this little guy is noisy. I have to agree, but the noise during heating is for a short time and easy to ignore since I have learned to walk away and stop pushing buttons. This has been a good purchase for me.

Our K-Mini Plus stopped pumping water like many others mentioned in the reviews. I give 5 stars for the quick replacement after trying many steps over the phone trying to get it to work again. New one received and working fine. Fingers crossed going forward because we love slim design.

We had high hopes that the warranty replacement would last longer (just 5 cups) than the original. Unfortunately, the replacement produced only one cup before failing similarly to the original, i.e. the water goes into the Mini Plus, the machine makes a few sounds for a short time before turning off and not producing any output. So sad. At least our daughter enjoyed the one cup of coffee the machine made.

This is a warranty replacement for a defective machine. The old one was making clicking noises every several hours even when the machine is completely off. Nobody could explain it so they sent me a new one. The new one is worse. I have to call and see what they will do about it.

So impressed with my Keurig replacement experience! A used Mini gifted to us by a friend proved to be defective and, when I searched Keurig’s site for support, learned that around 10 years ago the company recalled it and offered a free quick fix part for it. When I called the company they said the repair part is no longer available. Then the customer service guy asked that I return my unit to them and they would send me a brand new upgraded unit. They even had UPS pick up the old unit at my door- no charge! A few days later we received a brand new Keurig Mini Plus in the color of my choice, and have been enjoying it since!

We wanted a brewer that was convenient for one person to have coffee and no cleaning or effort in between when another person wanted to brew a cup of coffee. This Mini-Plus is the answer. Easy to fill reservoir, no mess, delicious brew, regular or strong. Really like it.

The photo shows a ceramic cup, which I assumed would be included. The cup was NOT included, and the product description should have specifically said so. I guess Keurig is too cheap to include it'd The power cord is way, way TOO SHORT to be useful. I had to go out and get an extension cord. I don't understand the manufacturer. How much could they save. I'd have paid more for a longer cord and a ceramic mug. Shame on Keurig.
