We bought this brewer to replace a similar one from another company. We are really impressed with the quality and features. We like the strong brew button, we use Sumatra and like our coffee strong and this unit delivers. We purchased this compact model to use on road trips, so we can have our own coffee first thing in the hotel room. We also use it on our coffee bar at home to make a single cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Excellent product!

I love my K-Mini. I had purchased the Teal Kuerig about a 11 months ago and it quit working and making hot coffee. The service department was super and really nice to work with. They replace my K-Mini with the Teal color immediately. I'm very pleased with the service and product. I would purchase again.

My husband and I drink coffee at different times. We like freshly brewed coffee each time we drink a cup. Perfect for us retired people. There is no wasting coffee. PS could use a warmer cup holder in case you have to leave coffee for minute or so.

This may be my tenth Keurig coffeemaker, including gifts. I loved them from the first one, and they seem to have evolved om the same journey that my desires and needs have evolved. I admit I bought this K-mini just for the teal color. It looks amazing in my little kitchen and makes great coffee. While I have you, customer service whenever needed has been exemplary making any small problems disappear with ease. If anything comes up, do call them asap.

I bought this a couple weeks ago to replace my Keurig K15 which has served me well for many years (and is now serving my daughter at her house. It's like the Energizer Bunny - still going). I wanted something that fit in better with my decor and this is what I chose. It is nice and sleek looking. I love the storage canister that comes with it and the canister can be stored attached to the machine. The machine is a little noisy when first started, but once it starts pouring out the coffee/water, the noise goes down. It's quick and easy, and I hope it will last me as long as my K15.

The K Mini has great potential. Great for campers. No counter space you can store it away. But why it's a great conversation piece to any home. Love the teal color one. You can bring on any road trip. So you always have coffee where ever you stay.

I called for warranty replacement. When pulling down handle it was very hard to pull down. Very restricted to the point you thought it was gonna break. Then the light would not laminate and flash to push and brew. Had to life the handle and push down again to brew. Received a replacement mini on March 1 or 2nd and its doing the same thing. I am very disappointed in the mini. I think I'm just going back the the standard coffee maker. You spend all this money and it doesn't work.

I purchased the K-Mini Plus Single Serve for my daughter. She wanted a coffee maker that did not take up a lot of space and this fits perfectly. The K-Cup holder on the side is a nice touch for storage. The brewer does brew a great cup of coffee. I would recommend this anyone looking for a solution for a small space.

I am on my third mini Keurig because of problems with the unit. The company is fantastic about replacing a defective unit. They have been over the top with customer service. I cannot say enough about the Keurig organization. I love my mini, I am the only person in my household who drinks coffee. This model is all I need for just two cups of coffee per day.

We bought the new coffee maker to replace our existing one which we have used since 2013 and loved. This new one is so much better. It makes the coffee hotter, is slimmer, and finally we can fit our paper cup under it without removing the bottom tray. The main feature is how you add the water. The way you added the water in the old one caused us a lot of problems. My husband would put water in and open the cover to drain the water down. He would walk away and forget that he put the water in and he would pour more water in and then it would overflow and water came out the bottom. This cannot happen in the new one. Thank God!!. The spout does not splash anymore. Being able to have a darker brew is a plus. The press and and brew is another great plus. Just about the greatest revision for this coffee maker that was ever made. Far superior to the old one. We love this one even more. Going back to the original, my husband says that this was the best invention and even better with the new one. Your designers get A pluses from us. Great job in the new design.
