Working wonders, but a bit loud.

Absolutely LOVE this Keurig. I had a larger model for years and enjoyed it, but was a lot to clean. This one is great, especially with the removable water reservoir and the k-pod storage included. I also really love the color. We needed something to take up less space, and have used it like crazy since we got it. My husband is sick & tested positive with Covid-19 this week, and has used this a ton for tea (something he wouldn't even drink before). Only drawback is that the machine is quite noisy when drawing in the water to heat up, but if you can get over a 30-second noise complaint then it's terrific.

Great K-Mini Plus

Purchased a couple weeks ago to take with me on a two week vacation. It turned out to be a good purchase and easy to tote with us. It isn’t bulky like some are that are best to be left in one’s kitchen. I like the one cup at a time feature, rather than worry about the water left inside the machine. Great for heating a cup of water for a teabag also. I love it!

Does not work consistently!!!!

This machine does not consistently work, o have to run it 2-3 times before it makes a cup of coffee. Every time I go to make a cup I hope and pray that it will work the first time. Not a good machine and I wish did not purchase. A waste of money. I’ve had this machine for about 2 months now.

Had to fight for replacement

This is a replacement that I had to fight for. The one I purchased stopped working after 1 year, 7 months. They were not going to replace it because their warranty is for only 1 year - it took me months to convince them that I purchased this because of their reputation (the last one I had for over 10 years) and they needed to do the right thing and back their product. In fact, I would rather have a refund as I purchased a Farberware as a replacement which I prefer over the Keurig. This is the last Keurig I will ever have.

Great single cup brewer!

I bought this for the home office, my main coffee brewer is a french press, which tastes great but takes forever. This press is great when I just want one cup and I want it quickly, both in the morning before heading out, or later in the afternoon. On a good note the "Strong" button does change the taste of the coffee; though coming from a french press I wouldn't call it "strong" so much, but rather, "less weak".

Elegant appearance coupled with great coffee

We are in the midst of a kitchen remodel so need to make coffee elsewhere. I love the small foot print and sleek appearance of the K-Mini Plus as it sits near the vanity sink. It's not at all obtrusive and makes great coffee! The convenience of making the coffee directly into a 16 oz insulated tumbler is a plus too. This coffee maker may have found its permanent place in the bedroom!

I spoke with Hernan M., and he was very helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent, which I received in less than a week. I appreciate that Keurig has a one year warranty, and they ordered a replacement without any hassle. Also, the warranty starts again for the replacement for another year. Maybe it works, maybe it don't.

Stupid thing only works part time. Push the button on top and it goes through some gyrations and the light goes out, but no coffee. Finally get it to work once, but that's it. No second cup. Yes I know there is a 6 oz minimum. I fill it to slightly over 6 oz.
