Disappointed for sure. Size and shape are perfect! Style very nice. BUT. If you want hot coffee. This is a zero. Maybe it’s only my particular coffee maker. STILL I have to put hot water in it to get hot coffee. This is very slow to brew as well.

I had a classic Keurig I got from my mom when she no longer was using it. It was still working great when I decided to downsize. The classic Keurig just took up so much space. Now, my New K-mini Plus is perfect and looks even better where it is. Gave the classic Keurig to a friend who never experienced one. Keurigs are solidly build and with care will last a long time. At least the one I had has and did.

Quieter than the first purchase

I bought a K Mini plus in December and it started acting up in January. I am thankful Keurig sent me a replacement. The first thing I noticed was it is quieter than the original purchased. The pod holder is easier to pop out for the my K-cup also. So far so good! Please last forever!! :)

This was for a replacement that stopped working. I am no happy with it. I do not like filling the reservoir every time I want to use it. I am used to keeping water in it. I will hold on to it for a little while to see if I can get used to it and if not, replace it.

this was a replacement for one that was hit or miss brewing. (it was a hassle to get it replaced) This new one has behaved the SAME way at least twice receiving it. I'm just going to let it go for now and see if the problem becomes so annoying i cant deal any more!

Excellent Single Serve Machine

My husband & I do not use this everyday, as most people do. We use a percolator & a ceramic pour over pot. I wanted this machine for the convenience & love the idea you can make one cup of varying amounts. I have a Cuisinart single serve machine. I do not care for the fact that it is hard to make a small amount of coffee unless you fill the water reservoir to a minimum level. I use filtered bottled water. I know this sounds weird, but I did not like the fact that there would be water wasted because of this minimum level because I do not store water beyond the end of the day. I also like the fact that this K Mini Machine does not require storing water & it is a per use fill up. I would recommend this K Mini Plus Single Serve for a quick cup of coffee.

This mini plus has it all, for me. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, it has storage for pods and it can make stronger coffee. I like how I get to put fresh, filtered water in for every cup. I have had a mini plus since they first came on the market. I have had several over the years. I follow instructions for cleaning and each one has lasted for many years.

Customer service is awesome!

This is my third keurig item. The original one was purchased in 2014. It was just replaced in 2018. We purchased this one because we us it on the road. It had to be replaced after 6 months of use (customer service is awesome). Was very pleased with this it just started making only half cups of coffee or not heating the water before it pumped through the pod. Customer service is more than I expected it to be, they were prompt and very understanding. I received my new keurig within a week. I hope this one lasts because I really looovvve my keurig!!!
