I am the only coffee drinker in our house, so not having to make a pot of coffee just for me is so much easier.I can still have as many cups of coffee as I want and I love sampling different k-cups and even enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with a little peppermint schnapps in it for an afternoon break. Now that I’ve used it, I want be without one!

Shipped fast and packaged securely. I LOVE how light machine is and the fact that cord retracts in back of machine for storing purposes when not in use to take up less room on the counter. I give 4 stars as coffee is not as hot as I would like when it comes out.

It is my first time using a coffee machine, I normally drink instant coffee. However, I wanted to try something new and I really do love how fast and simple it is to use. The only complaints I have are that it is loud while running and also it makes a mess. When the liquid comes out of the machine it splatters everywhere, even with a taller cup underneath.

Got my new Red Keurig few days after Christmas, this one came with a small storage unit. Its cute. I love thin streamline look, its rapid function. Im always on the go so this allows me varieties of flavors in minutes. Great investment. Keurig stands behind thier products !!

While it makes very flavorful coffee and hot chocolate, it's also very messy. The down spout spurts and sprays coffee all over. I have to hold the mug up to the spout while it dispences the hot liquids to keep it from spraying backwards, forwards, and sidewards. I've been using a taller travel mug even at home just to avoid the clean up.

So far, we love it. It makes a great tasting fresh cup of coffee, whenever we want one. My wife and I don't drink a lot of coffee and we drink it at different times, so this is perfect. I chose the mini plus because of the removable water reservoir for cleaning and the strong brew button. I'm not exactly sure what the button does, but I push it every time.

This is my third Keurig single serve coffeemaker. I have been veery pleased with the results until I purchased this Mini serve. The unit does not produce "hot" coffee. The temp is only 155 to 160 degrees.k. Keurig replaced the first Mini that I had when I reported the temperature problem. They were very great to work with and replaced my coffee maker with a new one, but the new one does not heat the water any hotter than the one that was replaced. I am only to assume that the coffee maker, by design, does not provide a "hot" cup of coffee.

I chose this machine for the ability to heat water for dry soup. Also, I occasionally drink a cup of coffee. First time after I set it up for brewing, my coffee was weak and lukewarm even after selecting strong brew. I wouldn't trust it for anything.

I brought this machine for 3r time and unfortunately none of the three worked. Same issue, the water never comes out. I'm feel sad and disappointment because I really like the machine and the brand.I have my warranty replacement at home, appreciate it to send me a UPS tracking to send the machine back Thank you
