This little machine is absolutely the best! I'm a big coffee lover and up to now, never had a coffee machine that made coffee well enough for me to enjoy. I tried the K- Mini Plus and I will use it forever. It truly makes a perfect cup of coffee!! It's easy to use, easy to maintain and doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter. Working with the Keurig company is always a pleasure. Their customer service dept. is outstanding. I would recommend this to everyone.

The K-Mini Plus is very simple and straight forward to use. It's perfect for an occasional cup and takes very little space. It brews quickly and quietly and the coffee is as good as that brewed on our larger K-Cup brewer. Since it require adding water for each cup, it is not ideal if you need to brew multiple cups in a relatively short amount of time. Keeping mind that it's great for an occasional cup of coffee, if that fits your needs.

Don't buy this is you usually want a 6oz. cup. Simply DOES NOT WORK! Just sits there mocking you while you wait. You have to put at least 8oz for the water to pour. Even with that it's take a FULL minute to start pouring. Looks nice, takes up minimal space but definitely huge design flaws.

I had bought one for my husband for Father’s Day, since he likes a cup of coffee now and then and a pot is too much. It worked fine but just started working only when it wanted to. The company sent me a new one and so far so good. I wish it held more than one cup of water but I settled for the slim design .

I bought this Keurig for a Christmas gift. I didn't know until April that there was a break in the wiring in the cord and it had to be jiggled in order for it to work. I contacted Keurig Customer Service. After 3 or 4 phone calls, I had all the necessary information for a replacement to be sent. It arrived within 2 days! It was replaced under warranty. All good news...

Choose this model for our off grid cabin. There is no heat in the winter when we are not there. We need one that did not store water inside the maker or it would freeze and break. This model works perfect. the only draw back is the big brew button sticks and you have to wiggle it a few times.

I love the sleek design of this model, as well as its space-saving features. I have a small kitchen and drink only one cup of coffee a day, so this size is perfect for me. I also really like the teal color and the fact that I can adjust my serving size and brew the coffee stronger, when desired! There are two reasons I did not rate this model five stars: first, it is extremely loud (much louder than my 12-year-old one that it replaced), and the cord often gets stuck in the storage cubby in the back and does not want to come out.

I’m on my 5th Mini Plus. Not because I love it, but because 3 previous have failed, usually within 3-4 months, and number 4 was a mis-shipment of a sickly green refurbished replacement. They asked me to send the first one back for replacement. After that, they gave up and suggested that I just throw away (or in their words recycle) numbers 3 and 4. I thought they would have fixed the problem since all failures were the same, but they just kept running out their stock on me. My review above is based on the convenience and adequacy of the Mini, not its lifespan. Number 5 is the last Keurig I’ll ever own.

I bought my Keurig less than a year ago and it started having issues. I called Keurig and they were wonderful about replacing it for me! I’m so happy with my new Keurig and love the Keurig company for their excellent customer service and wonderful Products!!
