Okay Coffee Maker

The coffee maker is the size I was expecting, the coffee is hot once I can get it to start the brewing cycle. I have difficulties getting the K-Cup to set in place but once it's in place I have to press the start button three or more times before it starts the brewing process. Over all the product is be okay, but it was not what I was expecting.

Love my mini cup! I’m the only coffee drinker in the home so this is perfect! I had an issue with the machine but called Keurig as it was still under warranty. Makes good coffee

I bought this two weeks ago to replace our old Keurig Mini. I am not sure I like it as well. It takes time while you stand there and wait for the water to heat so you can hit the button again to make the coffee. I much prefer pushing the button once and getting coffee as the end result. If I had it to do over I think I would choose the old style.

Thank you for your review. With the K-Mini Plus coffee maker, it can take approximately 2 minutes to brew a cup. Brew time will be longer if the STRONG button is selected. Hope this helps!

Tap water is hotter

I chose this machine for the ability to heat water for dry soup. Also, I occasionally drink a cup of coffee. First time after I set it up for brewing, my coffee was weak and lukewarm even after selecting strong brew. I wouldn't trust it for anything.

Bought this a few months ago for our boat and for the first couple of months it worked great. Love the size and how quick and hot it brews however it died after just a few months. Fortunately under warranty and it was replaced but two weekends on the boat with no coffee. Really hope the replacement lasts a LOT longer or it’s back to the French press!!!

I bought this as a gift for my husband. It was disappointing that even though I marked it as a gift, it came in a branded box so he knew what it was when it was delivered (instead of a plain brown box). We use the mini to take to the cabin or hotel so we can have great coffee when traveling (we have a larger Keurig at home and love it!). It's the perfect size to travel with and all the pods fit for easy storage. The only issue we have is that we can't use our special pod for ground coffee, it doesn't fit and the Keurig won't recognize it and doesn't allow the start button to function. It only accepts store bought pods.

Great Corporate Responsibility

I bought a K-Mini Plus a while ago and really liked the fact that it did not have a reservoir while sat full of water all the time. For this unit, you fill what you need for each cup you make. It ultimately had some issues and Keurig ended up replacing it for me. I applaud Keurig for standing by their products. I have two different units and am very pleased with them!

I’ve had it for about a week and love the small footprint. It makes good coffee too. The only negative I can mention is the noise it makes in the first phase of the brew. It sounds loud and clunky. I do love Keurig though and this is my eighth purchase.

I got a lemon!! I had to phone a poor English speaking rep when machine wouldn’t work. The solution was to use paper clip and insert into slots from which water dripped! Okay - that worked. Then…within 2 weeks, it shut down completely. I love the look, size and features of the machine BUT bought a cheap MAINSTAY to replace. At least it works!! So disappointed!!!
