We bought the new coffee maker to replace our existing one which we have used since 2013 and loved. This new one is so much better. It makes the coffee hotter, is slimmer, and finally we can fit our paper cup under it without removing the bottom tray. The main feature is how you add the water. The way you added the water in the old one caused us a lot of problems. My husband would put water in and open the cover to drain the water down. He would walk away and forget that he put the water in and he would pour more water in and then it would overflow and water came out the bottom. This cannot happen in the new one. Thank God!!. The spout does not splash anymore. Being able to have a darker brew is a plus. The press and and brew is another great plus. Just about the greatest revision for this coffee maker that was ever made. Far superior to the old one. We love this one even more. Going back to the original, my husband says that this was the best invention and even better with the new one. Your designers get A pluses from us. Great job in the new design.

In less than one year, I needed to get my K-Mini Plus coffee maker replaced *three* times by Keurig (thankfully all under warrantee). In each case, the unit's water pump seemed to have failed, rendering the unit effectively nonfunctional. Given my experiences, I have serious questions/concerns about the quality and durability of Keurig coffee makers.

I bought my first mini keurig and after six month it completely stopped working. The company backed up its product and sent me a new one. It seem that the first one from the get go was temperamental. Always made a hissing noise after brewing, and the brew button only worked 3/4 of the time. But the new one they sent me works great! And looks nice in our RV.

I am the only coffee drinker in our house, so not having to make a pot of coffee just for me is so much easier.I can still have as many cups of coffee as I want and I love sampling different k-cups and even enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with a little peppermint schnapps in it for an afternoon break. Now that I’ve used it, I want be without one!

I've only had this K-Mini Plus for a couple of weeks but am pleased so far. I have had other Keurig models but decided I really only need a simple brewer. I am fine with re-filling the tank for each cup as I'm not fond of leaving water in a reserve tank anyway. It is kind of loud during brewing but that doesn't bother me. The strong brew option is all I needed. I got it in the light blue/green color which goes very well in my kitchen.

This smaller version of Keurig really works. This is our first time really using one and we are setting it up for our Airbnb usage. It makes very hot coffee! Easy to use instructions are real easy. Can hold up to 12 oz of water, and what I like about it it has a stronger Brew button that you can also use. Slim style version doesn't take up very much space plus it has a storage space in the front that you can use when the coffee pot is not in use.

I received my new Keurig K-Mini Plus because my original Keurig stopped working and was out of warranty. The size was as expected but the performance was not. It took forever to start to brew, splashed all over when filling the mug and the resulting coffee was very weak. I would not recommend a machine that you have to fill the exact amount of coffee you desire. I sent mine back.

Bought a faulty Kuerig. It simply would not work. Contacted the company, they were able to tell the product was in warranty, even though I had not sent in the warranty registration. Their customer service was amazing. They walked me through testing the unit & when that did not work, they shipped a brand new replacement. Item arrived timely & worked wonderfully!! Any company with great customer service like this, will always earn my continued business!!

This is a decent lower priced keurig I got during the Walmart sale for $50. I think $50 is the most I would pay for it. You need to use a bottled water or something with a pouring spout to pour your water in each time. I tried to just dump a cup of water in from a mug and it spilled everywhere. It does take a few minutes to brew so be patient. It takes up to 2 min.

The coffee maker arrived in pristine condition and powered up, but did not brew coffee. I have another Keurig so I do know how these things work. It's a shame because it was a gift for my father. I processed an online return to be taken to the store and upon scanning the code at Walmart, it returned the result that I had already returned this item. Thanks to the wonderful people at Middlesboro Walmart, I was able to get my money back. I am now going to try and find a replacement Keurig at Amazon instead. Maybe have better luck.
