I was torn between the K-Mini and the K-Mini Plus, and I'm so glad I went with the Plus! I purchased the red and it's the perfect color. The front storage feature is great, I love having the pods right where I need them! The removable water tank makes filling easy, but I can also full right from my mug to get the exact amount I need. All my mugs and travel mug fit underneath without having to remove the bottom piece. Overall super happy with my purchase!

I've NEEDED a small maker for my office and this ticked off all the buttons. I like my coffee hot and strong so chose the model with the 'strong' feature, but was surprised when I received the unit and read the instructions, that fine grind espresso was not recommended. Well, I'm doin' it anyway, and so far so good. But it is a noisy little machine, rather distracting for a crowded workplace. (The reason for 4 not 5 stars.) Is it working harder to push water thru those fine grounds??? FYI - the teal color is gorgeous!

Love my mini cup! I’m the only coffee drinker in the home so this is perfect! I had an issue with the machine but called Keurig as it was still under warranty. The BEST customer service I have ever experienced!! A few steps via email and my new unit was on the way! Arrived in days! I am a forever customer!!

I am relatively happy with the unit. I suggest 1. A cord that is a bit longer 2. Clearer markings for the water levels on the reservoir. I received 2 e-mails about the coffee pods that were promised to be sent free of charge. One had no charge. The second e-mail had the prices. The pods were to be sent as part of my purchase at no added charge and I am standing by that agreement as I know Keurig will. That is why I deal with a reputable company such as Keurig.

I needed a small coffee maker just for me because my husband doesn’t do the coffee smell (gives him a headache). This works out perfectly to where we can both be happy! Brews the perfect cup for me omitting the “coffee pot aroma” smell that fills the kitchen XD

I had bought one for my husband for Father’s Day, since he likes a cup of coffee now and then and a pot is too much. It worked fine but just started working only when it wanted to. The company sent me a new one and so far so good. I wish it held more than one cup of water but I settled for the slim design .

My original K-Mini Plus was failing. The problem was electrical… sometimes it would brew, other times would require fiddling with buttons or unplugging and re-plugging to get machine to work. One call set in motion an immediate replacement. Overall a pleasant, hassle-free, entirely satisfactory experience. Thanks Keurig for standing behind your product!

This is great for your office or kitchen. It only holds enough water for one cup but what I really love is the design. If you work in a not so clean environment and you have to worry about pests like roaches or ants, the design pretty much leaves no point of entry for pests. The k-cup holder also blocks the hole where your coffee comes out of. If you work in shipping/receiving and like having your hot cup on your first break I highly recommend this.

We had high hopes that the warranty replacement would last longer (just 5 cups) than the original. Unfortunately, the replacement produced only one cup before failing similarly to the original, i.e. the water goes into the Mini Plus, the machine makes a few sounds for a short time before turning off and not producing any output. So sad. At least our daughter enjoyed the one cup of coffee the machine made.

Just what I needed. No more standing water. I can now use spring water since I no longer waste water to eliminate the water that has been heated inside the coffee maker and standing for 24 hours like pond water on a hot summer day! I also love the strong button that I didn't even know about until I received it. Now I can enjoy flavored coffee that is a little stronger as I prefer a medium to bold roast.
