Got this as a gift from a lady I used to nanny for. Worked amazing for the last year but now about every other time it just doesn't work. Since it only has the one button it gets jammed or something and I just have to keep opening and closing the lid to make it work again. Maybe it's just mine that's faulty but I'm really glad I didn't buy it. I would definitely invest in a more complicated Keurig with a touch screen or something if I get another one.

Slim design and strong coffee

This is my first Keurig and I have an auto drip coffee maker, an nespresso, French press and pour over. The Keurig is great for a single cup of coffee when you are rushing to get ready in the morning. The slim design is perfect - I have limited counter top space it works great. I love that the k-cups can be stored without taking up extra room. My one critique is that I wish the water holder was a bit larger to hold 24 oz. it’s a tad annoying to fill it up each time you want a cup. 12oz really isn’t much when you have an extra large mug to fill! That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It brews a strong cup of coffee without even having to use the ‘stronger’ feature. Set up was a breeze - run water through it once and you are ready to go. Compared to th nespresso it takes longer but that makes sense it’s its brewing a full cup of coffee vs an espresso shot. It’s also louder than the nespresso but that doesn’t bother me. Compared to a full size Keurig I do think it brews faster! Overall happy with this product and the addition to my coffee appliances. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Like the size, but comes with problems

I had my keurig for a month now. Worked fine first week i had it. Now i have my times where i press the brew button and it sucks down some water, then stops. Have to open and close the coffee pod part. And press the button again. And do the same process 4 times just to get a cup of coffee. Ive cleaned it with water to see if that helps. Nothing.

I just got this for my college dorm room and I love it! It is perfect because it's compact enough to keep in my small dorm room but perfect for the job. I always need some coffee to get me going in the morning and this is just the easiest. I just pour in the water and let it heat up while I get ready for class. By the time I'm ready my coffee is all set to go.

Hit and Miss

I was so excited when I bought the mini for my office. I'm the only employee, so I literally make 1 cup of hot chocolate a day. However, since day 1, it is hit or miss if its actually going to brew anything. Sometimes the water just sits. Or it heats up, but turns off. I 'm on my 4th attempt, and its running, but nothing is brewing. This is very frustrating and annoying.

Second try and failing again

This is the worst coffee maker. It is loud and slow ... much louder and slower than any other Keurig I have used. The company would not let us select a different model when the first one quit working completely after a few months. This one is no better, but at least they gave us a new one. The machine has these little black pieces that we keep finding. They must be coming loose from the machine just like they did on the first model, so I am sure this one will stop working soon. Worst purchase I ever made. Just don’t know if I want another Keurig since the company will not let me put the price toward a different model. Probably time to cut my losses and move on.

Terrible

This coffee maker lasted 5 months. It will not pull the water from the reservoir and it makes warm, at best, cups of coffee. It is a waste of time and coffee. It is a terrible product! Per the other reviews on this site it seems to be a common problem.

Space saver

I loved the idea of this coffee machine because of how small it was. I hate clutter, especially in the kitchen, so I thought it would be great to have this and be able to clear up some room on my counter top. I personally found it annoying to have to constantly refill the machine each time after use, but that’s what I get for choosing more space over function! Otherwise, the machine worked great!

Saves a lot of counter Space

*I received this product Free from influenster to review all thoughts and opinions are completely my own. I have just tried this coffee maker for the first time today and I completely love it! It makes my coffee super fast and it gives me the perfect cup 8 oz. (it has options for 10 and 12 oz.) It’s small, I can keep it on my counter at all times or could just put away in the cabinet and it’s very lightweight and very convenient. I also like to sleep to sign black and silver it’s perfect for my kitchen

Perfect for one person!

I was so stoked to receive this Keurig! I enjoy coffee in the morning but live alone and never want to waste a full brew. This one makes the perfect amount for one person! I especially appreciate the “strong” option for those of us who like a little more umph in our brew! Excellent product, Keurig! I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own. However, I highly recommend.
