Only lasted 6 months. Then started to make a grinding noise, and stopped making the water hot. Was a great little machine for a while; only two actual complaints (except that it broke). First, the water reservoir is so compact that the lid is pretty much right on the max fill line, so it's easy to splash water. But the removable reservoir is such a huge improvement over the original mini—I don't have to pull the unit away from the wall to fill it (it lives under a cabinet). Second, HUGE downside over original mini: The original Keurig Mini has a base that can catch an ENTIRE cup of coffee, if you happen to forget to put in your coffee mug. This new Mini can't; it only catches about half of a cup. Twice in six months, hot coffee EVERYWHERE. So, wonderfully compact and easily removed water reservoir, great red color (why did they stop making this for other Keurigs?), and awesome strong coffee feature; but, yes, it also just plain broke. Usage: 0-2 cups per day average. Would be 5 stars if it didn't break.

Years ago, when I first used a Keurig, I wasn't impressed by the watery flavor or how much space the machine took up. My burgeoning coffee-snob self quickly moved onto French presses, vacuum brewing, and other fancy gadgets until I finally bought an espresso machine, which was all well and good except for how much of a pain it got get a simple cup of coffee in the mornings anytime I'm in a rush (so basically Monday through Friday). When I was sent the K-Mini Plus, I was instantly intrigued by the machine's small (and even aesthetically pleasing) profile and seeming ease-of-use; it's slim, with hidden storage for k-cups and even storage for the (kind of short) cord. The reservoir is designed to hold only enough water for one cup of coffee at a time (with delineation for a 6oz, 8oz, or 12oz cup), but I actually like this better because it's a breeze to put just enough water in the cup that I'm going to use and then pouring it into the tank right as I plug it in. The fact that it's smaller will probably also make it easier to clean. Now for the coffee itself...I was thoroughly impressed. Gone was the watery taste that I remembered, and the whole process was so quick that generally by the time I got back to the machine with milk and sugar, the coffee was already pouring into my cup. The "strong" option did make a slightly more fragrant cup, but it wasn't a huge difference. All in all, I'm really impressed with the machine and how easy it was to slip it into my hectic morning routine. I was sent this Keurig complimentary for testing purposes, but I know I'm going to be using it regularly whenever I want a really convenient cup of coffee.

I bought this one to replace an original K-cup Mini model B31. What I like - even narrower so more space saving, much more precise water measurement system, heats the water much hotter, “strong“ button, can accommodate a travel mug. What I don’t like - it takes longer to brew a cup. It’s also a little deeper, but that’s not a problem for me.

I purchased the mini a month ago. It recently decided to brew, no more than, ounce. Then, it started leaking from the bottom. I've "drained" it per instructions multiple times. I am so frustrated. I expected better from a Keurig product. I would not recommend this machine to anyone.

I had a difficult time the first few uses with the K-Mini Plus after following the instructions for the first “cleansing” brew, as it wouldn’t heat up the water and it wouldn’t give out the full amount of water that was put it. However, I left it alone overnight (unplugged) and tried it again the next day and it’s been working like a champ ever since! The K-Mini Plus is quick, silent, and compact without taking away any of its key features. I’ve tried the Green Mountain coffee pods that came with my box (complimentary from Influenster) as well as hot chocolate pods a friend had, both tasted fresh and were ready in a matter of minutes! This is my first Keurig product and I’m positively impressed, I’d recommend this unit to anyone who’s looking for a small, yet powerful brewer to give you that quick pick-me-up in the mornings. I received the K-Mini Plus complimentary from Influenster to test out, all opinions are 100% my own.

I LOVE this! I cannot believe how great it is! I wanted a coffee maker but am very limited on space. This is SPACE SAVING! It takes up the smallest amount of space and sits on my counter like it has always been there. Very easy to use right out of the box! I was researching online for hours and comparing different coffee makers & my efforts have paid off!!!! I also purchased a wide variety of flavors of coffee and tea k cups & they are so easy to make!!!! Totally recommend this pocket!!!! :)

I had a compact Keurig for almost 7 years that worked great and finally but the dust. I decided to get the Keurig mini plus to save on a little more counter space. I've never been so disappointed in the performance of basic functions of an appliance I've purchased. Since I purchased it 4 months ago, I've had to fight with it on a weekly basis. It will with take up all the 10oz or so of water and not brew, or only take up 2oz at a time and it takes me fighting with it for ten minutes to get water to come out. I don't expect anything crazy fancy from it, it just needs to brew coffee at all on a consistent basis and I'd be happy, but it fails to do that. Extremely dissatisfied with this product and will likely not buy from Keurig again.

I bought the mini for my travel trailer since space is limited. We used it everyday for 4 days because we thought we may be using it incorrectly as the coffee was never hot enough and tasted so weak even with the strong button pushed. I will be returning this as it does not work for us. I have 3 other Keurigs that I love, just not this one.

This thing is a piece of JUNK! Worked fine for the first 2 months. Then one a.m. it would not transfer water from the reservoir to the heating chamber. An intermittent problem ever since. Then it simply plugged-up. Flow was a drizzle. Took 5-6 minutes for a small cup. Cleaned it 3 times following Keurig instructions. Still plugged up. So Don't Waist Your Money!

I bought this because its small and I figured it could save me some room on my counter. I am NOT a fan of this Keurig at all!! It's horrible! Take a long time for it to make a cup of coffee, you have to refill every time you make a cup, it leaks and makes a funny noise for no reason at all!!!
