I must say I was never much of a hot coffee drinker but once I received this in the mail it has absolutely changed everything for me!! The size is prefect and doesn’t take up room in the counter and it makes a cup of coffee so quick doesn’t take up time at all! It has a “strong” button (I haven’t needed to use that) but it’s so easy to use I’m so happy this was my first machine because now I must drink at least one cup a day. This thing is a piece of JUNK! Worked fine for the first 2 months. Then one a.m. it would not transfer water from the reservoir to the heating chamber. An intermittent problem ever since. Then it simply plugged-up. Flow was a drizzle. Took 5-6 minutes for a small cup. Cleaned it 3 times following Keurig instructions. Still plugged up. So Don't Waist Your Money!

I bought this because its small and I figured it could save me some room on my counter. I am NOT a fan of this Keurig at all!! It's horrible! Take a long time for it to make a cup of coffee, you have to refill every time you make a cup, it leaks and makes a funny noise for no reason at all!!!

At first I was skeptical about a smaller keurig, but it has grown on me. The water tank is only big enough to hold water for one cup of coffee. So you don’t have to worry about the leftover water in the tank becoming gross like you do with some of the bigger coffee makers. The coffee tastes great, and the whole process to make the coffee is super easy. The only downside is the quality of the keurig. The material is very lightweight, but it does not feel or look as high-quality and sleek as it could. The compartment that holds the k-cups takes a little bit of jostling to fit back into the keurig. That being said, I love having that compartment, and it makes it really easy to grab a k-cup. Overall, I would say this is a very easy-to-use and conveniently sized product that brews a great cup of coffee. I received this product in exchange for a review. I really like the product when I first got it. But now I find that it get stuck a lot. It'll absorb the some of the water then stops absorbing and gets stuck. I now just use my old coffee maker. I am open to trying others.

We purchased this machine less than 5 months ago and have had so many issues. First, this model often will shut off instead of brewing. I’ve had long battles with it trying to get it to brew. Now the machine is completely dead and won’t even turn on. My husband and I each brew 2 cups per day—apparently that was enough to do this machine in! It’s a shame, because we did enjoy it when it was working. I would be hesitant to spend money on a Keurig again.

I purchased my K-mini to use for tea/hot water in most cases throughout the day. I am having the most difficult time to get a good cup of hot water to steep my tea bags in. Do you have any suggestions as to what is wrong with this. I have used other Keurig before with no problems. thanks

My wife kept wanting to purchase this to make more room on our counter. Out last Keurig was larger and worked perfect, eventually I told my wife to go ahead and pitch it for this single version. What a mistake! This K-Mini Plus takes a very long time to make a single cup. Very frustrating standing next to it waiting and waiting for it to brew. If it was only a minute or so I could handle it, but this thing is ridiculous... you wait and wait, just not acceptable. While it does make a good tasting cup, I wish I didn't buy it. If you offer someone (relative, friend) a cup of coffee, this thing will sure embarrass you over time to make it. Just a heads-up in case you may be thinking of buying one of these.

I had my Keurig mini for 5 weeks (used once or twice a day) and the screen was completely covered in mold that I couldn’t remove. I scrubbed with a brush as well as soaking in a vinegar solution for 24 hours! MAJOR design flaw, and I am so disappointed! It’s great as long as you don’t mind drinking mold.

I received this to test and then write my review so I’m doing it! Okay, I’ve used this for well over a month now. I’ve never hand or used a keurig before this, I have a ninja coffee maker which I like..makes me feel like a barista. BUT I literally hate having to clean it Everytime I use it and it’s just not quick and easy like sometimes you need (and trust me I didn’t know I needed quick and easy till this keurig). So yea I put up the ninja and have just used this and it’s great honestly. It’s quick it’s easy the coffee I’ve been using with it tastes great. I like to use the strong brew because I feel the normal is too watery for me. Oh and illce the design! All my friends like it too and they of course want one haha. So anyways yes, I’m keeping this and im using it and that ninja might just get rusty!
