I purchased my first mini brewer (K15) in Aug 2012. It worked well for almost four years with 2 users. It was replaced in Nov 2016 when the top broke off. Our second mini performed well without incident approximately, again, 4 years. In Dec 2020 I purchased my last SLIM mini brewer and have been having trouble with it for a more than six months. It inconsistently works; it resumes working after different "fixes" but does NOT last. I clean it according to the directions provided by Keurig. It works maybe a day or two. I unplug it and plug it back it, it works for a couple of cups. I add more water and sometimes that works, but then water overflows in the mug and fills the tray. I have even just said the "___" with it and walked away and then 20 minutes later it starts brewing. This unit has lasted less than 2 years and is only used by one person - me. My adult children actually brought me a larger version keurig but I prefer the mini as the water is fresh each time and takes us minimal space on my kitchen counter. In addition, I am constantly having to remove water from the slot where the removable water tray is located. I thought this was a singular problem with my brewer only, but then I read so many reviews similar to mine. There seems to be problems in the design of the newer models.

I purchased this Mini a few months ago from QVC and it came with 2 coupons for 24 pods each,,,,although they were expired I just talked to Amanda with customer service and she solved my problem. I love the convenience and no more old coffee to drink.

Keurig makes , making coffee. Easy , fast and simple . And bringing my coffee pot with me makes perfect sense when traveling ! The only thing I don’t like is pouring the water in this model . But honestly it’s perfect for travel. , office, camping or where ever a Cup of coffee is needed

This my second keurig coffee maker. Purchased it because I thought the profile and size would work better in my small kitchen. What a disappointment. I have yet to figure out how to use it after multiple pod uses. I’ll go back to my old unit and donate this one to good will

This is the perfect size if you’re the only one in your family drinks tea or coffee. It’s super compact and looks nice on the counter. It’s a little slow compared to the larger ones. This is my second K-MIni coffee maker. I bought the K-Mini (regular) one right after it came out a few years ago, and it has worked great for me but lately has started to be hard to close. So I replaced it with the K-Mini Plus. I love this one even more -- I love the removeable water reservoir (very convenient to fill) and the K-cup storage (frees up even more counter space)! Nicely designed and engineered. Now that I'm "working from home" due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm using it constantly and it never fails me.

I must say i am very impressed with this mini Keurig. I love absolutely every feature it has. It is so compact it fits anywhere and i absolutely love the kcup storage. The cord is very conveniently placed and it can be stored too. No need to worry about the drips of coffee after either because the little bottom tray comes off too for cleaning! I just had a baby so i LOVE how fast it brews and how easy it is to measure out different cup sizes but it fits my tall mug which is my favorite so bonus on that!Extra bonus on the feature that makes the coffee stronger too! I was looking for a compact, single serve Keurig and thought this was going to be it. It is AWFUL. It looks nice on my counter top. The water reservoir is awkward and shallow. Great care must be used in adding water or there is more on the counter than in the machine. It is fairly slow to heat and brew. Confusing to use, you have to push buttons, wait, open top and insert k-cup then wait, push buttons again... I wouldn't reccomend. As a matter of fact, I am back out looking for a machine that will meet my needs. I have used Kuerig products for years and loved them. Very disappointed in this one.

I really love this Keurig! It fits amazingly anywhere in the kitchen and can fit any style. I got the Pink one for myself and I bought my husband the Black one. I use mine super easily for my hot water for tea in the mornings and my husband enjoys his cups of coffee. I even got one for my MIL too!

This Keurig is junk, I purchased a single serve in 2013 and it just went out on 5/13/24 so I decided on this, I've only had it less than a week and I may are may not get coffee. I'm a once a day only in the morning one cup coffee drinker and this machine is loud, and only worked properly 4 times in a week as of today. The few times it worked the coffee was good. I received this on 5/16/24 and today it's 5/23/24 I do not reccomend if this is the result you'll get. I received it quickly and when it did work it was good coffee is why I gave it 2 stars. Returning!
