it's very slow and I have to unplug it after each use or it won't turn on.

Its a great machine it just sucks you have to fill it up every time you want coffee.

I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. Perfect size and easy to use.

Perfect size for small counter space

Just didn’t work out for us, very messy machine, splattered coffee all over the countertop. Maybe it  was user error but we always had coffee grounds in our coffee. We tried it for a week and pitched it.

We do not use this everyday. This is our standby coffee maker when company wants decaffeinated coffee, or if we need an extra cup of coffee after we empty the pot of coffee. So, I like that it does not have a reservoir that holds water and can become moldy. It is simple to use, it is very fast, and the coffee is pipping hot!  We also like its small size and the lid opens toward the front so you do not have to move the coffee make every time you desire a cup of coffee.
