The first time I purchased this machine, it lasted 13 months. It malfunctioned just outside of the manufacture warranty. This was so depressing, especially since the company doesn't offer any way for the machine to be fixed. I couldn't find anyone to fix it and the company said they do not offer such services. It worked great before then. However, if the same thing happens again, this will be my last Keurig purchase. These things are too expensive for them to have such a short lifespan with no options for repair.

I'm so annoyed I replaced my original Keurig to save some inches of counter space. My first one worked fine for years. This one is horrible. Sometimes the water comes out cold. Sometimes doesn't come out at all. Sometimes comes out the side. I'm ready to throw this product in the garbage I'm so annoyed with it. I never had so many issues with a product in my life.

3rd Keurig. Very unhappy as I have had the same problems as many of the others who reviewed the smaller size. Water in, close and water does not drain. Have to try 4-5 times and then the coffee is warm and have to microwave. I liked the size but WAY TOO HARD to get this new product to work consistently. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT

I’ll be honest: I wasn’t expecting much out of this little guy, but was solidly impressed by it! First, the size is great! Love that it isn’t bulky and doesn’t take much real estate on my countertop. Also love the matte finish! This is perfect for a 1-2 person household; I actually like that it doesn’t have a large water resevoir and this seems much easier to keep clean than previous models. I’m not wild about the Donut Shop coffee, but did notice a difference with the “strong” brew option. I think I’d love to try a different variety and to try this with the refillable K-cup as well. All in all, love this for the convenience and for days I’m in a hurry. Only qualm is the wastefulness of the cup itself and hope this is something Keurig improves down the road. But... after only 6 weeks I’m having problems with it. It doesn’t want to draw the water into the machine. The light fades & flashes then turns off. If I keep opening & closing the lid it will eventully work but the coffee is cold! I had a big Keurig for 10+ years and I passed it on to my niece when I got this one. The old one is still working flawlessly. Soooo disappointed!!!

I like it but I wish it could be better. I bought this one on Black Friday because I really wanted a coffee maker and I'm the only one in my house that drinks coffee. I've had a bigger one before but sold it because I didn't feel like it was getting used as much as it could. Now I'm regretting it...so this one requires you to put water in it for each use and it takes a while to heat up 2-3 minutes. You will think that its not making coffee and you have to hit the button several times. It's annoying when you're in a rush but very cute and a space saver!

It is a simple coffee maker. It works. Two issues with the user interface: 1. The huge brew button cat get accidently pushed, for example when closing the k-cup handle. It could have been a smaller, not as easily activated button instead... 2. It takes about two minutes to brew the coffee (expected), during which time, the machine loudly sucks in the water, and then goes silent for a minute, apparently while heating the water. The only indication that something is happening is a nervous blinking of the long, roundish LED. Instead, it should have been a few LEDs showing the brewing progress...

Had it for years now, but not long after I got it it started doing this thing where it wouldn’t brew. I had to lift the lid up and do it like 5 times before it would start brewing and then the coffee was luke warm at best. And it’s been doing that to this day with absolutely no idea what sets it off. I hate this thing. 0 stars if I could

I received this product for FREE through I fluentser and I LOVE it! It’s perfect for a home of one or two coffee drinkers, the coffee brew is delicious, the skin shape makes it so easy to keep on the counter without taking up too much space! Everything about it is very convenient and I would most definitely recommend it

I have this Keurig but the only thing is that it's part of a coffee machine. My family loves our Keurig, we barely use the regular coffee machine. Keurigs are so much faster and easier to make your morning coffee. The only think is if you want a big cup of coffee you have put 2-3 k-cups in the Keurig to fill up to how much you want.
