I am absolutely in love with this K-Mini Plus! I had a traditional Keurig years ago but after moving into a smaller apartment I had to downsize. It took up too much of my limited counter space, storing the pods was inconvenient and having that large tank would slosh water all over the place. This model literally takes care of each and every one of my pain points from the original model I used to have. It is as thin as my mug, there is convenient pod storage that fits into the brewer when not being used and you put just enough water in for each cup! I am so incredibly pleased with this brewer and have already happily recommended it to many friends and family members! We have owned our mini k for almost 2 years. Within 2 months of owning it we had problems with it not always working. It would seem stuck, where we would open and close the lid several times before it would complete the cycle. Lately it is not always hot. Next time I won't buy the lower end product.

Genuinely, this is just a poorly made product. Coffee dispenses lukewarm and more like apple juice color. Water dispensing and drips inconsistently and randomly. Water sprays out of lid when opening even when turned off. After owning several Keurig products I am genuinely surprised at the lack of quality. If I didn’t buy it from the retailer and validate the SN# myself, I would think this was a knockoff. While I didn’t expect it to have all the features of the unit in my house, I thought it would be more akin to the model they have at some Marriotts that lack all the features but works well. This device is just poorly made and executed. Period.

This worked great for roughly 12 months after I gave it to my wife for Christmas. Wouldn't you know it turned to a piece of junk mid-January of year 2? Well done, Keurig, for suitably judging the length of your warranty. It takes 30 minutes to make one cup of coffee, as you have to keep opening and shutting the lid and restarting the process multiple times. Needless to say, this is not a happy experience with the product.

I absolutely love my Keurig K Mini Plus! While it's a tad bit more expensive than I'd typically like to spend for coffee, its well worth the cost to have at my desk at work! I haven't had any issues with the product and its functioning. I would definitely recommend for the desk/office area for anyone who drinks coffee!!!

I have bought 2 of these so far and the first one lasted longer than the new slim. Seems they last a year and then lights stop working, which is a sign it will not be working soon, and then it dies. For the money, I would except at least a 2 year life span. :(

I love my new Keurig. It works great and is easy to use. My only wish is that the water tank was just a little bigger. I usually carry a travel mug and it doesn't hold enough water to fill it up. Other than that, it's a great purchase! [product:keurig-k-mini-plustm-single-serve-coffee-maker]

I got my Keurigs Mini as a Christmas gift I love it! It doesn’t take up much space which was good for me and it’s just so cute! It works just like the original machine but just makes single cups of coffee! It’s a great gift ideal for college kids or any single person!

As a college student who literally lives off of coffee this is my number 1 necessity. If asked what I couldn’t live without in a dorm room this would be the first thing I say. It fits anywhere on anything and works super quick. I pop out of bed in the morning pour my cup of water in the back, turn it on, put in a k-cup, then let it brew. It’s always ready by the time I’m done brushing my hair and getting dressed. I recommend this to any student or family!

Have this product for about a month now and it works fine however, try getting your fingers in the area where the pod holder goes, very difficult to clean. Getting constant buildup in this area and tired already of scrapping my knuckles trying to get my fingers in there with a paper towel to clean it. If not for this I would have rated it better.
