Disappointed I have to use K cups all the time My other machine would accept a cup that could be filled with my favorite coffee.

I like the first one so much we bought a second one as a back up, very easy to use has all the features my wife and I need in a coffee maker.

I have issues getting all the water out. I put 6 ounces in get three out. It malfunctions 80% of the time.

Nice ancd compact, saving linear counter space. Just what I needed. Even a little removable holder for a few k-cups.
