This was replaced by customer service very quickly but the new one that was sent is also acting up. I will not buy this product again.

Small enough for my counter, doesn't take up much space. Makes good coffee pretty quick. Cord could be a little longer.

Great compact design.water doesn’t get hot enough. By the time the coffee gets into the cup on strong, it’s cold. I even heat up the cup.
