we bought 3 power pact 7.5kw generators. They fired up flawlessly. The features are easy to navigate such as the exercise feature. We purchased cold weather kits as well.

Brand new generac installed. Relay switch needs replacement. Also suppose run once a week for 15 min. Runs whenever it wants for more than 15 minutes

I just got a 7.5 kw Generac generator installed back in July of 2022 how come there is no oil filter? How do you change the test time?

Generator works well and has a nice appearance, does not stick out or look ugly on the outside of my home.

Have the unit hooked up and running. Works fine, using as a backup and hoping I don’t have to use it.
