This is the second Generac generator we have purchased one in Florida and one in Ohio . . . So that speaks volumes for the product. Every Friday we listen for the engine to start and every Friday it does! Owning a Generac Stand By Generator is like having insurance - you are happy to not have to use it but sooo grateful it's there when you need it! Life goes on - when a Generac goes on!

This system cost was approx $4k including installation, and covers all my essential requirements (kitchen, den, heat & ventilation, basement sump-pump). My home AC was not included as essential. The transfer switch auto energizes the generator upon power outage. I'm very pleased with the product and performance.

This is the second Generac generator that I have purchased. My 1st one is 11yrs old and still running fine. The reason I replaced it is we have a lot of power outages in southern WV. I didn't want to push my luck this winter with my old generator. I probably will give to someone, it may run several more years.

My sales agent said that he will contact you regarding our free $500.00 Inverted portable generator. The service provided by Stanley Mayper was superior at best. Being a non-generator person; Stanley took the time and patience to help me and, it was very effective...THANKS! Mr. Johnson

We got a 7.5 KW Propane fueled Power Pact generator. The unit is one which we felt would best meet our needs in case of a power outage. It is a compact unit which seems to work very efficiently although the only time it has run was at startup and the once weekly maintenance runs. Still, I recommend these units to anyone needing power outage backup. Whether you have a small power need or a greater power need, Generac has a full range of generators to choose from.

While the Generac hasn't been used as yet we are very happy with the staff that installed it. Came on time when they said they would, worked neatly and efficiently. Even turned my sprinkler back on when I had forgotten to turn it off for them. Great crew. Hurricane on the way probably so may get a real test.

When I purchased this generac from cabellas, it was advertised that free with purchase is a power washer, when I submitted to redeem the offer, generac responded that the model I purchased was not included in that offer. Even though it was advertised as such. But tge generator seems to be a good investment to add to a home.

My generator was only installed this week, so I really have no frame of reference. The equipment is compact and takes up very little yard space and it's appearance is neat & actually doesn't draw attention to itself. From the testing that was done, I was quite surprised by how quietly it runs. I doubt I will have any problems with it, but if I do, I'll be sure to let you Know !

After the generator was installed and while the electrician was testing the generator system, the solenoid switch malfunctioned. The electrician had to contact Generac and was told a technician would be out within "2 weeks." A month later the technician showed up, encountered another problem and I was told the technician would return shortly to fix it. Several weeks later it was finally fixed. Very dissatisfied with that part of the Generac service. Hope that's all the problems I have. Too early to tell as to my satisfaction with this product.

Very disappointed with this generator and generac and bulldog generators. Supposed to have a two wire start and doesn’t Apparently takes two months to get a two wire start kit for it. Completely useless for what I need. D no help from dealer or Generac
