Great product

I love that it is strong and yet soft. I don't use anything else but Charmin.

Much too narrow

Used charmin for years but if it gets any narrower I will be using my hand. Switching brands.

reply from The Charmin Team

You've came this far without saying that painful "h" word, and we'd like to make sure it never comes up again. We're happy to let you know that our roll diameter and width have remained the same but we decided to upgrade some features for a better wipe. It's possible our bears couldn't hold it any longer while they were making your rolls, so we're more than happy to help on your next TP purchase. When you find a few moments, could you give us a call at (800) 777-1410?

Not the Same

Width is diminishing! Price should be too! It's not! Good bye!

I finally found a tissue paper that I can depend on. And it's from a company I trust.
