Did the product specs change?  It seems stiffer and rougher than it used to be.  My wife now occasionally gets a rash.

Charmin Ultra Strong has the perfect blend of softness and strength! I would never use another brand of toilet tissue.

Even though it's made for strength, the Ultra Strong version is softer than most other brands soft version.

I love this product but have had several that are glued wrong and the two ply comes apart. Very aggravating
