Narrow Rolls

Why reduce the size of rolls without noting on the packaging. Not good... Pay the same but less paper..

Rolls shrunk, too short

Suddenly, the rolls are 1/2 inch shorter. Maybe due to different product, but I'll never buy it again until resolved.

reply from CR

We're sorry we have disappointed you. We did make slight changes to the roll, however we feel our changes have only improved the quality of our TP. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We will pass on to our team and we hope to stay on your TP holder.

Charmin Ultra Strong

I haved used Charmin since I was a small child. I can't use any other TP for a very long time without complications. Love Charmin!

Charmin Ultra Strong

I hate the Charmin Ultra Strong! It says you use 4X less but you have to use more because the pieces are so small! Linda
