Amazing

Strong But Not Scratchy

Charmin ulta stong is strong enough to get this bear's bare tushie clean without scratching me raw or falling a part in my paws.

Still decent

Did the product specs change?  It seems stiffer and rougher than it used to be.  My wife now occasionally gets a rash.

reply from Customer Care

We're sorry to hear you and your wife have had this experience with our Charmin Ultra Strong. We want you to know our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, so this is not something we'd expect to see. If she hasn't already, we'd recommend she discontinue use of this product, and that you hold onto it in case we need to retrieve it for evaluation. While we did change the texture pattern of our Ultra Strong in 2022, we would expect it to still function the same as before. So we can provide assistance with this, and gather some info for our Safety Team, please give us a call at 1-800-777-1410.

Did they change it?

It was my go to toilet paper for years, it was strong and soft. The last few months it feels different, am I crazy? My butt misses the other one :(

reply from The Charmin Team

We're sorry your butt is longing for a different feel. Our Charmin Ultra Strong recently went through a change to a different pattern on the tissue. Maybe that's the issue. If you'd like something a bit cushy for your tushy, try the Charmin Ultra Soft. You're butt will love it. If you have any questions, give us a call at 800-777-1410.
