Good day, sorry to hear about your disappointment. Recently, we transitioned out our Charmin Basic and introduced Charmin Essentials. The Charmin Essentials Strong is one ply, I'm wondering if perhaps, inadvertently, you thought you purchased Ultra Strong but instead bough Essentials Strong? If that is not the case, please give us a call at 1800-777-1410 with the package so we can get some information from you and go back to the production line and figure out what happened.
